Went to That Special Day for my friends Bridal appointment today and it was amazing!! Aimee the bridal consultant was on fire she matched our energy and felt like she was part of the group. After only 4 dresses my friend found the one and said yes to her dress thanks to Aimee! We all had such a brilliant day out, there was Prosecco, hot chocolate all made up and the brides favourite music playing. All of these little touches plus Aimee’s expert knowledge and amazing customer service made it the best day ever! Thanks so much TSD can’t wait to come back for our bridesmaid dresses!

Thank you to That Special Day Warehouse, especially Emma when shopping for Bridesmaid dresses. We were very indecisive due to a variety of age ranges we were catering for and Emma was extremely patient, very helpful and full of ideas to help us find the perfect dress that suits all 4 girls. We can’t wait to collect their dresses in the coming months. Would highly recommend! 🌟

What can I say I would 100% Recommend Aimee was brilliant and helped make it more relaxed, easy and was so fun. We had three dresses pick in 45 minutes.

What a wonderful amazing time me & my bridesmaids had when we came here! From start to finish they have been so helpful.
I travelled from Stockport to the shop to get my bridesmaids dresses as I had seen them and fell in love! The shop interior is simply stunning. We were amazed at how beautiful the shop is. Aimee made us all feel like princesses and was very patient with me when choosing my dress. As I was very worried and panicked! This soon passed as Aimee made me feel so at ease. The dresses arrived and are as stunning as I remembered. Thank you to all the girls at TSD.

I went for my bridesmaid dress for my best friend’s wedding and the experience was great from start to finish. Our consultant Aimee couldn’t have been more helpful, whether that was helping us pick dresses to try on or trying to work out which style and colour would look best. All our appointments were relaxed and enjoyable and we came away with beautiful dresses.

Emma was amazing helping us with bridesmaid dresses and made the experience so fun!

Shopping for bridesmaids dresses was such a breeze here! Instantly felt welcomed into the store. The lovely consultant Emma was a blast. She was funny and friendly but also professional. Never felt stressed at all during my time there. She made the appointment so much fun and helped with narrowing dresses and styles down until we all agreed on the final dresses.

Arrived at the store to be welcomed by the lovely Emma. She was so welcoming and friendly(althought losing her voice, bless her) and made my experience so much better, I was super nervous beforhand and Emma helped ease that and dedicated her attention to helping me and making me feel at ease and enjoy the experience, and best of all, I found 'The one' and when Emma asked me that all important question, I said Yes to my dress! 💖 Would defo recommend them, beautiful store, lots to choose from and a fantastic team of ladies.

We were shopping for bridesmaid dresses & had the lovely consultant Aimee who made everyone feel comfortable and we had a good laugh. We left with all 4 girls & bride very happy with the dresses chosen! We had a lovely time and can’t wait to go back to see the dresses ordered in!

I had the best experience from going in to my first appointment, to measurements and getting to try it on again, when my dress came in to store there was a miscommunication on some jewels on the bridesmaids however Aimee took care of it straight away and bent over backwards to make sure it was everything I wished for. The service from all the gals is truly amazing! I am so pleased I said yes to the dress and definitely recommend to brides to be!

Was in with my bridesmaids today picking their dresses and trying on my dress again , Chelsea made everything so Personal and made sure me and the girls had a fab time even done a practice walk down the aisle ! And they all said yes to their dresses ! Happy bride and bridesmaids to be !

First time dress shopping and could not have picked a better place to look for..

Arriving to the store with a friendly introduction from my consultant Aimee put it off to a good start. The aim she had was to make sure all my wishes were adhered to and accomplished it to every detail.

She went above and beyond. Visualising myself in only a specific fit, she allowed me to venture into the dress aisles with no pressure to broaden my idea of the perfect dress. Aimee could not have been anymore helpful than she was.

The experience is something myself and my family won't forget.

On Saturday the 12tth of august we had an appointment to pick our bridesmaid dresses . I am not the bride, our appointment was with Lauren. Lauren was attentive, knowledgeable and made the experience an overall fabulous day. Lauren assisted and advised on dresses we should try. Thank you Lauren for a lovely day the bride was very happy with the dresses we picked.

From my first telephone call to That Special Day, I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.

Aimee did everything she could to set my daughter and her bridesmaids at ease. What had potential to be a stressful day turned into a fun, happy and very emotional experience.

The dresses we chose are all absolutely stunning, delivered right on time and even prettier than the gorgeous samples we tried in store.

The wedding isn’t until November, but Aimee and the girls deserve credit now for looking after us so well!

Yesterday I had the best experience. I was in with my maid of honour Naomi, I enjoyed trying the dresses on and picked and put my deposit down for my dream dress. The experience Aimee gave us was fab, her service was fab and we definitely recommend her at the Dress Fitting and service all in.

We look forward to coming back to get and try the bridesmaid dresses💜

Greeted with drinks on arrival, the customer service when welcomed was top notch! We were helped by Dawn and she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! Managed to find the correct bridesmaids dresses for us and made us all feel comfortable the whole way through!

Amazing experience today picking our bridemaid dresses dawn was amazing and so helpful with us girls and made us feel so very confident and comfortable as-well the girls are lovely and very helpful and the say yes to dress at the end was lovely and the little drinks with candy floss just made it that wee bit more special and we got our dresses which was even better

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. As we waited we had the option to have a hot drink or a mimosa!

Dawn was absolutely brilliant, she wasn’t even our advisor to begin with as we were waiting for another advisor to be finished with another customer. Dawn was chatting to us and showing us colour books for different fabrics in the meantime. She then became our advisor and i’m so thankful she did now due to the service we received!

Dawn was so patient, friendly and gave us really valuable information and opinions on styles, colours and fabrics. Thanks to Dawn we said yes to 3 gorgeous bridesmaid dresses!

All of my bridesmaids left feeling happy and confident with our choice at the end of the appointment. Complimentary drinks on arrival made everyone excited for the appointment. The girls loved getting to choice their favourite dresses to try. Dawn made the girls feel comfortable and allowed us to try on different dresses and shades. She was very knowledgeable about adjustments and changes that could be made. Lauren the Store Manager was also very helpful. Thanks for everything ladies! I wish the appointment was just a little bit longer for a larger party.
