What a fantastic company, from both the product to the customer service.

Unbelievable price for an top quality item. From the initial email to the order being out for delivery was less then 10 days and on top of that even when issues with the delivery company arose, the customer service to give them a kick up the proverbial was second to none.

I will 100% be using this company again or at the very least be recommending them to everyone I know.

My parents really liked their gift

The product arrived damaged, and I had no response when I contacted them to sort out the problem.

The team was super helpful in working with us, communication was great and they made us feel comfortable, which was great since we didn't have any experience with engraving things. The glass jars looked amazing with our logo on it and we'll likely order more!

I needed to get some pint glasses engraved for an event at short notice. After some initial issues with my design Jess contacted me with a suggestion which fixed it! The Engraved Gift Workshop really pulled out all the stops to deliver a great end product and in plenty of time.

Good efficient service, clear engraving and good quality glasses

Unfortunately I have had to resort to this in the hope of getting some kind of response. Having firstly not received the item I ordered, a request for a refund was swiftly responded to by Jess. However, after checking my account there was no refund to be found. After sending more emails which were subsequently ignored I'm still out of pocket to tune of £26.90. Please resolve this ASAP. Thanks.. Edit. Thanks for the response. And thankyou for sending the refund 'yesterday'.

Very slow delivery, missing items from order. Customer service very slow to respond

First time user of this small business and not disappointed at all. Order delivered in time with plenty of help on offer during the design process. Unfortunately a couple of items were damaged in transit however there was a no nonsense from the business with replacements arranged without fuss.

Have used The Engraved Worshop a couple of times now due to the value, quality and service they provide. Jes is very helpful. Would highly recommend them and I will be using their servies again in the future.

I used this site to order a Gin glass for a 40th birthday and time was short.

The first order was delayed due to the Royal mail strikes (which I support and good luck to them), so I ordered an express delivery for a second Gin glass. I was right to as the first got damaged in transit.

The second glass arrived on time but had a small mistake. To fix this, the engraved gift workshop sent me a third with less than a day to spare.

They went above and beyond to make sure the gift I wanted to give to a friend arrived on time and was to the best quality. A personal thanks, and a great experience.

Product was as described but their customer service is non existent. They did not reply to any of my emails.

Just recieved a pint glass with picture and text engraved, they have done a right job to be fair

Exceptional service. I needed a hand drawn motif replicating for a glass to celebrate an annual bike trip. The communication was speedy and efficient and I soon received a proof which was perfect. I ordered the glasses and they arrived promptly. Highly recommended.
