I love buying from ace of vapez, I like to get a bargain and I certainly do from them. I have made 3 separate orders within a couple of weeks, each order I have bought from the clearance saving so much money each time. What I found really useful was having a YouTube video linked to a vape kit I was looking at going into detail from how you put it together, how to use it and how they rated it, I found this extremely useful as I have no clue about vapes etc also when buying the concentrate kits they have a video linked showing you step by step how to mix etc but also when clicking on the msg icon you instantly get someone to talk to not a automated robot like you do on most sites which I hate. Delivery is spot on to and with royal mail going on strike lately they send your emails keeping you up-to-date. Awesome site, I always have and always will use them. 👌🏻

I ordered some vape liquids from this company and unfortunately there had been a picking error.
I contacted them straight away and not only did they apologise for the mistake they expressed me the correct liquids immediately free of charge and I received them the next day . Will definitely only use this company for my vaping needs in future. Well done 👍

Order placement/order despatch and service are excellent - been using you guys for years. However shipping costs have become excessive - £4.30 for a £13.00 order is way too much.

Have been using ace of vapes for a while both in store and online but they missed 3 packs of pods over £20 worth off my most recent order so I contacted them and was told they would send them out. I have emailed a few times since and received no reply and no pods this was like 2 weeks ago very poor customer service. I won't be buying from them anymore

5* as always... Now live in Scotland and still order from home.. always gets to me in a responsible time as living in the Highland delivery is not the best this end but always despatched quickly...thanks for keeping me sane in juice as the shops up here can't even supply what I need anyway ☺️

We ordered a FLVRHAUS DIY kit which should have arrived with 8 pink & 8 green mixture bottles as per the website pictures. This is our preferred mix. However, it came with 12 green and 4 pink. Not really a problem as our local shop exchanged them for us eventually. We don't usually use the online service but we have struggled to get American Red concentrate in any of our local shops.
