Tiny journals 😩
Tiny journals 😩. Ordered the kids travel journals x 2 cost nearly 50 euro with postage and they are tiny A6 basically the size of my computer mouse. I got 7 coloring pencils between the two ??? No 6 each in a nice ribbon as per the photo. Feel totally ripped off and annoyed

Ordered via not on the high street socks - the order confirmation has my personalisation spelt correctly - the product has an entirely different spelling!
If you are gonna work providing personalised items - at least spell them correctly!
Thanks for turning a nice purchase into a headache!

Beautiful rag doll
I ordered a personalised rag doll on Thursday night and it arrived today. Brilliant service. Love my ballerina doll and am sure my friends granddaughters will cherish it. Great service, thank you.

Placed an online order with ‘The Alphabet Group’ via ‘Not on the High Street’ on the 18th October. The seller was quick to reply when I was going through the order process. My items were due on the 28th October. They didn’t arrive and I emailed The Alphabet Gift Shop via their ‘Not on the High Street’ sellers page. No one replied to my email. I emailed again and still no reply. I tried to call the shop directly and no one picked up. I have since called ‘Not on the High street’ and I have been informed that the items haven’t even been produced yet. If the seller had kept me informed of this delay I might have a slightly different opinion, but they have chosen to ignore me. This company has taken and held on to my money for over a week, they stopped answering my correspondence and I now have no present for my friends new born babies. I will never use this company or ‘Not on the High Street’ again.
