Shipped on Monday and come today, two Attack on Titan horse figures, Eren and Levi, I’m in love with them. Hi Darren,
I would like to address a few points in your slandering and unjust review:
*Bad service - ordered was placed on 14th of October and sent out the next day. You did not get in touch with us to ask anything. How can you comment badly on quality of our service when it was nothing short of excellence?
*Misleading advertising - after selling thousands of blind boxed mini figures online, you are the only to complain about the misleading nature of it. The only way it could be misleading is if you do not know what blind box is AND not reading the product description because it is all written and explained there on the product page.
No Updates
Leaving a 1* review because I've received a reminder email to review before the item has even dispatched.
It's now well passed the preorder release date but I have had absolutely no update on the status of my order.
I'll happily change this review once I receive the item but at the moment I'm just getting bugged by emails reminding me to review without even knowing if I'm getting my order.

Have not received products yet because I am on payment plan but to give that option is great, communication and being helpful is good but not the best, bit higher priced but I am sure it's worth it. If they find items I have asked for I will carry on purchasing from them and will be pleased with the service

Great service! Expensive shipping due to Brexit
Going by my previous purchases, I've had no problems at all with the Animetal!
It's great if you already live in the UK but since I don't, the shipping costs have gotten quite pricey due to Brexit ;_:
But that isn't the website's fault! So I don't blame them for that.
The website itself is really well designed and the email support is great so far.

Good Customer service
I was informed before the item was sent that the box was damaged. Instead of sending me a damaged item at full price, I was sent an email telling me that I could receive a discount or new figure as reparation. Amazing customer service

Pre-Order
It's hard to review the order when I've only pre-ordered and nothing has actually been delivered as yet. On the plus side, the website was easy to use. The only real negative is you took the money for a pre-order where most other websites wait until the item has shipped. Or to put it another way, if the item HAS shipped, I have received no confirmation, tracking data, etc.

We are a little disappointed we did not meet your expectations, though upon checking your order, I can positively confirm that it is a Pre-Order item with estimated time of release at the end of September.
Order confirmation e-mail was generated automatically and sent to you after the order was placed, ETA of the item did not change so there was no reason to get in touch with you.
In regards to the payment - we also offer an option to pay for the orders in parts and time the last payment with the ETA should the whole sum be too much all at once.
Let me assure you that when your pre-order item is released, you will get a separate e-mail with tracking information though if nothing changes it will only be around end of September/beginning of October.

Sorry folks, couldn't think of a title, just 5 stars!
5 star I'd say, the item arrived on time and VERY well packaged, safe to say I won't be running out of bubble wrap to re-use!
They also answered any questions I had and fulfilled my odd request of getting dimensions of the figures box that it arrives in, that would be my only tiny suggestion I'd make, to put the dimensions of the box in its description but ultimately my request must be a very small minority.
All in all, is consider using this store again should I find myself browsing for another figure, happy to help a British based anime company.

from Japan is dimensions of the figure itself at best,since many times the box is being designed afterwards.
