Figures arrived in perfect condition
I had a fantastic experience with Animetal. I purchased four Oreimo figures in total from them, and the staff were very helpful in giving updates. I was able to contact them about an issue I had with my tracking number and they had it sorted within half an hour. The figures themselves were all in perfect condition.
My first three figures were dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, which was awesome. I did reach out to staff about the order as I wasn't notified within 24 hours, but it was sorted out in a few minutes. They arrived very well packaged, though the boxes for the figures themselves weren't in the best condition. They weren't collectors boxes by any means though, and this could've been down to how the post office handled the packages. Not a problem in the slightest.
My last figure was coming from a different warehouse, and there was a warning on the store page that it might take up to 10 days to be dispatched. This was completely fine with me, however the Animetal staff were extremely kind and gave me thorough updates on the status of this order. When I asked about the tracking number for the other figures, they gave me an update on the situation with my last figure.
Speaking of the last figure, it arrived in perfect condition. The box itself was heavily wrapped in about three layers of bubble wrap (if not more) and it arrived in perfect condition. This box very well could be considered a collectors box.
I have my Kirino Nexus, Maid and Reunion figure, and my Kuroneko Reunion figure, all lined up now. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Definitely one of the most extensive UK anime merch sites I've seen, and I hope to buy more from Animetal in future. Huge thanks again to the staff for their considerate updates.

Had my doubts but they blew my expectations out of the water!
After having JList cancel an order for an expensive figure I help for almost a year I was desperate to find another place selling it. Animetal had the product I was looking for, for a reasonable price without shipping or customs fees to worry about. It initially seemed too good and I was unsure but after a talk with their support I was set.
Their support got back to me almost immediately after I made a query and gave me excellent advice.
I was given email updates when my order was ready and gave me fast shipping with tracking.
Very impressed and happy with my overall experience. Will be using again in the future for sure!
