Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. On Thursday i was out when I received an email from Hermes saying my parcel was delivered to my address although no one was in, the driver forged my signature and when I got home my parcel was not there. I phoned Gillian who sent out a duplicate of my order straight away with out hesitation as she knew I needed them for Monday. I received them the very next day. Gillian was brilliant.
