I received my artificial flowers and cut them down to size for my Dads' grave. The quality of the flowers are very high and they look and feel great. I purchased the lemon roses which look real. I also purchased the lemon carnations and am more than happy with both and will certainly be back for more. Highly recommended.

Ordered 2 weeks ago - no confirmation email with tracking number, no telephone line available to phone - and no flowers - needed for a wedding on Saturday. I am not impressed.

I was looking for some red rose buds for a display I was making. Ordered them from this online store and the ordering experience was flawless. However when they arrived they were poor quality and not what I wanted. Not really the fault of this shop as they were very cheap and you only get what you pay for. I should have paid more to get a better quality product. Just threw them in the bin, not worth using or sending back. It wouldn’t stop me from using this online store again though but I would not choose a product from the lower price points.

The lady called me up to notify me they were out of stock on a certain flower and kindly asked would I like to change for another style? I asked her to refund the money and when it becomes available again I will make my purchase. She was very understanding and processed my refund straight away. I received my refund the next day.
This is what amazing customer service is! I felt that she really cared about my needs.
