I recently moved to Suffolk from the U.K. curry capital (Birmingham). There are so few shops nearby to obtain real Asian spices to prepare quality Asian food. I have used theasiancookshop.co.uk on two occasions, the quality of the spices, the service and the delivery is second to none. Highly recommended!

Just used the Asian cookshop for the first time this week and will definitely be using them again in the future. Excellent choice of spices and ingredients, very good prices, an email to tell me what time my delivery would arrive and then an email to tell me that it had arrived.
First class all round and nice people too, can’t fault them.

Awful customer service. They wanted me to pay postage to return damaged goods. I contacted one of their suppliers and even they reccommended that I use someone else.

A first time buyer from this supplier. The only shop I have come across that truly supplies everything I need. Everything Indian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican and Middle East. The Spices were well packed and all well within sell by dates. Prices were very good, the service excellent and the web site very well thought out and easy to use. Excellent ! Will shop there again.

My first time ordering but I will definitely be placing more orders in future. All the goods were wrapped securely and my email query was dealt with quickly. Excellent value for money and great customer sevice.

I have used the online service of this shop on a number of occasions now and as my trust built my order size increased.

I have to say that I have never had any issues everything is always securely packed, jars double wrapped in bubble wrap and dates have always been extremely good.

I love that I can purchase in bulk on herbs and spices and I find the prices mostly competitive and often cheaper if you buy bigger.

There has only ever been one issue with my order and the shop let me know via email before they shipped and Mia was openly honest about a particular item that there was a stock shortage of and offered a refund straight away, she then communicated with me so I could change my order up a bit, responses were quick and my order still came within the specified delivery time.

I absolutely love this shop and the service you provide, the delivery service makes it all the more convenient and I look forward to placing my next order with you.

We have used Asian Cookshop several times in the last year. Fair to say we would have shopped locally as we have an abundance of independant shops in the area which stock ingredients and condiments for the food we like to prepare at home. Prices are very good with a huge selection of items. An easy to search online store with various delivery options. Items (especially glass jars) are packaged up really well and each order has come through exactly as requested and undamaged. And often the order has been delivered a day earlier with good communication from the delivery company to within one hour.

Yall this shop is wonderful! I don't have an Asian shop nearby, and covid means I can't visit one in the city, but this website was just PERFECT. The amount and variety of products was incredible. I got everything I needed (with the exception of pandan leaves, which is fair enough), and it all arrived in three days. Can't express how grateful I am :) big w to theasiancookshop!

Excellent experience - returning customer. A great range and in particular the growing range of gf sauces is so helpful - soy sauce, oyster sauce. Very difficult to find gf ingredients for Chinese and Asian recipes elsewhere. Their service is prompt, prices very competitive, delivery costs reasonable and careful packaging.

Ordered a selection of items for my daughter who has recently discovered Chinese cuisine, including a wok starter kit and a variety of ingredients. EXCELLENT service and items delivered within two weeks. Will definitely order from this little company again.

We're very impressed with The Asian Cookshop. They delivered a large amount of spices and pastes to us just a couple of days after ordering. They took great care packaging the items, even putting sellotape round the tops of the jars to stop them coming off in transit. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of their products is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and we'll certainly use them again in the future.

The spice tins I purchased are of very good quality and having an inside lid ensures the spices will stay fresher longer. They came in less than 24 hours all packaged up safe and secure. I bought them for Christams presents so well pleased with the purchase

I have lived in France for 25 years unfortunately Indian cuisine is merkedly absent, particularly in this region. Brexit hasn't helped with many traditional items no longer being stocked by retailers.
The very large and comprehensive range available from The Asian Cookshop has permitted me to order all the ingrediants necessary to make my own curry dishes. The order was delivered complete and packed very well so there was not a single breakage of the many glass jars ordered. The delivery charge was competitive.
Excellant service in difficult times 10 out of 10 for communication and efficiency.
