Read all negative reviews on Google. Says it all really. They don't despatch goods and when they do, they arrive damaged. Disgusting service.

I have been buying from the Asian Cookshop at their Braintree shop prior to lockdown, but on Sunday tried out their online service - which is very easy & straightforward. I offered to collect my order( as I’m local) but they were happy to deliver & my order arrived promptly early Tuesday morning. I’m so pleased with the service & will definitely use them again. I recommend this company to everyone, they have a fabulous choice of spices, herbs in a variety of sizes & there are lots of hard to find items available.

Reliable company, great product, which arrived extremely fast! Placed my second order the other day and I have nothing but compliments for these people. I saw that when they have too many orders their site goes offline so that they make sure all customers are satisfied. Respect!!!

Fantastic service from the Asian cookshop; I needed a few things to top up my store cupboard, but the range of products was so enticing I ended up buying some stuff that's hard to find elsewhere, plus a few treats. My parcel arrived on time, beautifully packed, and although I've only just started cooking with all my goodies, the quality of what I've used so far is excellent. Plus I have loads of culinary adventures to look forward to!

I discovered The Asian Cookshop during the Covid lockdown when hunting for basics but what a joy it has been. The quality and range of goods is amazing. I've had a couple of orders now, well packaged and prompt delivery. I confess that I wouldn't know what to do with half the available ingredients but what fun it's going to be to find out, I'm heading off on a culinary adventure! Love it!

I’ve used the Asian Cookshop many times. They have everything you could possibly want, and are very efficient. My recent order came in two days, even in these difficult times, which I didn’t expect at all. They are all obviously working very hard. They will always be my go-to company for my spice cupboard and larder essentials.

We live in a remote area and have few shops within a 12 mile radius and those shops do not provide us with any of the items we require for Asian cooking. This company based over 600 miles away provided us with all of our needs with a very reasonable postage charge. The range they have is fantastic. The customer service was absolutely superb. I made a mess of our order and they managed to sort it for us and it arrived at our door within two days. All communications were pleasant and helpful. Our case was dealt with by Mia who made sure that our order was corrected and pricing adjusted in our favour. All of this would require a recommendation par excellence at any time but given that we are in the midst of a national lockdown there are not enough superlatives in our language to do them justice. This is a great online store with superb customer service. I highly recommend them.
