I have ordered 454 grams of dried chillies. On the Website it said medium hot. When they arrived I tried them out . They have no heat absolutely nothing. I have written to the company asking for a return. They tell me because I opened the package they are unable to take it back. Very poor service. The only way to find out the strengths of the chillies was to open the package and try it. You might won’t to change the wording on your website. The chillies have absolutely no heat. It’s seriously miss leading. I will never order anything from you again. Very disappointed! This company does not even give you return labels. They quite clearly have no intention of taking anything back. No refund for me! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

I have now used the Asian Cookshop five times, and have found their services to be utterly excellent. I live in France, where it is all but impossible to obtain Asian spices, and when you can find them here, they are very expensive. Thank heavens the Asian Cookshop is there to come to the rescue!

I received my latest shipment from them earlier this week, and I was most impressed with their attention to protecting the contents of the package. Not only were all glass jars individually wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap, but some jars, which didn't have additional plastic seals around the lids, had been taped up to ensure they didn't leak in transit.

I shall have no hesitation in using them again, as their delivery to France, at least, is very speedy and well priced.

I Ordered a Tandoori pot, spice box(Masala Dabba Tin) and 2 books.
Extremely pleased with everything. The quality is stunning & to say they were packed well is an understatement! Superb range of stuff I just cannot get without visiting Norwich.

Great company! I needed a large order in a hurry so contacted customer services to ensure there would be no delay. They expedited the order, kept me informed at every stage and I received my well packed order within 2 days.

The brands are good quality and ones I have regularly used for both my Chinese & Indian cooking - and at great prices too!

Perhaps the very WORST company I have ever dealt with!

I never received my item, and have had to absolutely battle on with them to not only get info about the item, but then to find out they want me to deal with the misdelivery of said item rather then them resending me the item and them dealing WITH THEIR OWN COURIERS! I've so far been waiting 2 weeks for a £7 deliver!

Never have I had such an inactive customer service from a company, that constantly needs pursuing for an answer and to take action, and never have I had to do so much work on behalf of a company that I've purchased something from!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Living in France it is very difficult if not impossible to source decent spices. I happened upon Asian Cookshop by chance about 4 years ago and have been buying all my Indian/ Chinese/Malaysia ingredients from them since. The delivery is always fast (5 days is normal ), there is always a good bb date and the goods are always well packaged.For an ex-pat suffering Indian restaurant withdrawal symptoms, this company is a godsend. I have no hesitation in recommending Asian cookshop

I live in France and the range of available spices is poor and expensive. The Asian cookshop not only met all my needs however the delivery was fast and efficient in fact 3 days earlier than DPD predicted. Everything was exact with good use by dates and well packaged. Will be my number one choice in future

I ordered from a different supplier originally, who took my money, didn’t fulfil my order and didn’t keep me informed. So, I looked for another and found Asian Cookshop. I am so pleased I did! I have ordered online on multiple occasions now and am delighted by the products, service, quality and value for money. I highly recommend this company for quality and value.

Was looking for a Masala Dabba and found a number of sizes on theasiancookshop at very reasonable prices. Ordered one and received in less than a week. It was exactly as it said on the website and very well and securely packaged. The website was amazing with a huge amount of items on it. Superb Website.
The Asian Cook Shop came highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I am a caterer and cook a lot of different cuisines but found everything I needed and more in one place (and a good 20% cheaper than my old supplier!). Makes life so much easier, keep up the great work.

Would definitely recommend The Asian Cookshop to anyone interested in preparing Indian-style meals at home. Great selection of herbs and spices etc which are easily ordered from their website.
I have just received my latest order from them which was delivered in only two days and wonderfully packed – albeit only three items – but nevertheless it shows their commitment to service and customer satisfaction for even the smallest of orders.

No response, no delivery, no refund - ignoring letters, simply awful... waste of time.

Really good, managed to find spices I couldnt find elsewhere. Good delivery and good packaged products. Will use often

Order apparently delivered to a neighbour when i never asked for this!! Contacted the company and not heard a thing back after my last email.

They have no telephone contact to be reached out and do not respond to emails. Its not an awful lot of money but might have to take this up with my bank if need absolutely be! Pathetic excuse of a company!
