Living in Lower Normandy, France, I was apprehensive ordering from the UK but I couldn't have been more wrong. I emailed my order on April 1st and was informed it would be delivered the following Monday. However today, Friday 5th April I had a knock on the door at 9am and took delivery of my order. This must be the quickest delivery I have had in the 14 years I have lived here. If only all mail order companies were this efficient. Thank you.

Perfect place to locate your hard to find spices. Available in large or small arts. Good delivery and well packed.

I have had several large orders a year delivered to my house in remote Yorkshire--they are shipped promptly, packed well--and the quality of the food i buy is truly top-notch. For example, i get Kim Chee from them and despite having tried other brands they are totally disappointing compared to the excellence of what Asian Cookshop sends. Their pure nuts (I buy almonds and cashews) are never stale; their ready meals are great and i get them for vegetarian nieces etc.. I would truly be lost without their great service.

Having been loyal customers for some years, we are very disappointed with recent experience. We ordered a large quantity just before Christmas, but when it arrived we found that many items had only a few weeks shelf life remaining. We had been sent old stock. When we complained, they insisted it was fresh, and refused to replace the items unless we sent them back at our cost - and if everything was undamaged they would refund. The worst thing of all is their attitude to customers - Mary's attitude to Customer Service is from the Dickens era! I would strongly urge anyone wishing to order to get written confirmation of BBdates before going ahead.

I ordered a large selection of different products, some of which I'm familiar with but much of it new to me. The order was placed online while I was in the UK.
The order was processed and desptached speedily and the parcel was waiting for me on my return to France. Yes they deliver all over Europe.

The products are far more genuine than the rubbish on sale in UK supermarkets
I generally do not review sites as there are too many trolls out there but I'm making an exception int his case.

Excellent service.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. The order was well packaged and was delivered very quickly. The heat and eat curries are great for taking in the campervan as they can be heated in a pot of water which means less washing up. The 'best before' dates are well in advance which is good. Will definitely order again from The Asian Cookshop.

Just had my second delivery from them, and might i say it was earlier than expected which is great, everything is so well packed, they have such a wide variety of ingredients, you don't need to look anywhere else, I compared the price of these to another company (all the same brands and weights) and it came out about £5 cheaper with these, i will definitely be ordering from these again.

This company is first rate. They have a huge selection of spices and their service is first class. Also if you put in a larger order you can take advantage of their free or discounted delivery options making it even cheaper. They use DPD for delivery who email you with a time slot for delivery. All in all a first class company who i will continue to give my custom to. If only all online companies were this good. Thank you Asian cookshop. See you soon.

I ordered for the first time with this company,i am in France.My order came very quickly,early in fact.The delivery service was exceptional,they let me know what day my parcel would be delivered & what hour as well.My order was compleat.I would order again.

I payed for delivery, but haven't received the item I ordered. There is no way to contact them other than through email and they haven't responded yet. I don't even know how to cancel the order .not recommended at all .more than 3 mail I send them but ignored .

A heady mix of all things Asian, you can pretty much get anything you need from this place. Very well priced, quick delivery and good email response to my questions. Cant fault them, highly recommended.

Asian cookshop need to provide a customer contact telephone number for queries. And for resolving any issues.

I love this company! Really great prices for a huge range of grocery items not easy to find elsewhere. Even the free, standard delivery was very quick and, despite making a big order, nothing I wanted was out of stock or needed to be substituted. Can't recommend enough! If only all online companies were like this!

Great web site, with an excellent selection of well priced products, recipes and tips. I ordered many items, which arrived well wrapped and were delivered very promptly. Looking forward to adding some "spice" here on the Isle of Skye.

Good prices and an excellent service!

The order arrived within a couple of days and we were given a one hour delivery slot. We have used this supplier several times and their service is as good as it gets!

Had a small order delivered super fast. I chose Economy home 3-7 days, and it arrived in 2 days. Excellent service, all securely packed. Huge list of ingredients, including fresh. Although I am a non-professional chef, I shall use Asian Cookshop as my main supplier.
Incidentally, Asian Cookshop asked me to write a review, after I sent them an e-mail thanking them for their excellent service. They told me other people send spurious reviews to bring companies down. This is bad. I hope you can filter out this practice.

[Praise to Allah] This store is very good. I have ordered more than once and always been pleased. Service is very good and quick. Rice is good quality as far as I know (I ordered for other people to eat). Very good that they offer BACS transfer to pay online via your internet banking. Also they made express delivery very easy Ahamdulilah as they knocked £4 off the cost making it less than £1.50 to deliver 20kg or rice 1-2 days after ordering. Very good. Keep up the good work team.
