I placed an order for quite a few different items and realised after the order was confirmed I should have asked for express delivery. I contacted them via email, paid the minimal fee and received mg order the following day. How good does it get ?

I could not find what I wanted on the website so I sent an email got a fast reply from them and was able to order what I wanted with no problems the order came well wrapped and packed found them very helpful and with good communication well recommended thanks Asian cookshop .

I payed for express delivery, but haven't received the item I ordered. It was a birthday gift so I was counting on it arriving on time. There is no way to contact them other than through email and they haven't responded yet. I don't even know how to cancel the order and buy the same gift somewhere else ... :(

Excellent Company. I was looking for authentic ingredients and discovered this site, they have always had everything I've wanted, their prices are more than reasonable and their service has been exceptional. I have placed several orders so far and have not yet been disappointed, I will be placing another next month. If you use any of Rick Stein's books any of the ingredients he suggests they can provide. I have reservations recommending this Company!

A fantastic company with such a wide range of products all reasonably priced. Great delivery options and very quick to deliver. The correspondence from Asian Cookshop was second to none, they helped me out with an issue I had checking out (my fault not theirs) and my order was placed with no fuss or bother. After a lengthy search I was glad to find an online shop that supplies Asian food and ingredients: I was even happier after my first order...the staff are really helpful and efficient....and delivery service was excellent. The Ashoka products in particular, are really good and the "Buy one get one free" offer makes them a real bargain. Asian Cookshop will definitely be my regular supplier...highly recommended!

So nice to find a company that can supply my needs. Authentic recipe spice mixes, great choice of interesting things to try and competitive prices. Good discounts for larger orders, too.

I placed two orders on the same day - with two lots of postage. They glued the two orders together and unexpectedly refunded one of the postage costs. Ordered on Monday afternoon, arrived Wednesday by DPD. Quick to respond to email - always very important. Thank you!

What a nice change having your orders delivered on time , The Cook Shop Staff are very nice . I felt very pleased when my purchase arrived well wrapped jars had secondary seals around caps and all sealed in bubble wrap . The difference is l do a lot of different cuisines at home as it is far cheaper than take aways The Cook Shop has EVERYTHING you need instead of running in to town looking for speciality shops it is my favourite shopping site goodbye Amazon 🌝

Ordered our supplies from the Asian cookshop on 28 Jan and they were delivered to our door 1 Feb. What is remarkable as the delivery was shipped from the UK to France for £7.40! Every single item arrived in perfect condition, each jar wrapped in protective foam and each lid sealed externally to prevent leakage. Not one of the poppadoms was even cracked. This is the third order made, always the same standard.

I love preparing Asian recipes but living in France it is difficult to buy many of the spices and other ingredients that are needed. Their website is easy to navigate and well laid out. I got enormous pleasure from looking at all the various products for sale. Their sales team are professional and courteous and, after one hiccup while trying to place my order due to me having an adblocker on my computer, they responded quickly to my email and told me what to do. My order arrived within days and was well packaged. I could have ordered my spices from a French based website but when I compared the prices between them and The Asian Cookshop the price difference was incredible, even with the charge for delivery. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Asian Cookshop - they are brilliant!

I placed my order on Wednesday morning and it arrived dinner time Thursday you can't get better service than that. My order was very well packed so nothing was damaged. A great service by a great company and their products are very reasonaly priced Thankyou all once again

I am so glad I found the Asian Cook Shop, they have such a huge range of products I will be surprised if there's an ingredient they don't sell.

I had a few questions before and after completing and emailed them for help.

Like most companies nowadays they had only an email contact, but on both occasions my queries were dealt with efficiently and I was able to return one item ordered without any hassle [pot was way too big for my cooker, I should have read sizes online more carefully!]

I am a seasoned 'onliner' and do all my shopping online, so I must say they really are a class act. The attention to detail on packaging, professionalism and customer care is what really sets them apart.

I have had too many bad experiences shopping online, where some shops use inadequate packaging, have no point of contact or after care, it is a breath of fresh air to find the asian cookshop.

I look forward to ordering from them again soon and will highly recommend.

Nine days later, still no correspondence of sending me outstanding five tins of baby food cerelac, ordered one case but one Tin sent only, paid next day delivery took five days, sent photos to prove my invoice in box, the small box with one tin, their original green bubble filler, my name and address label, yet still days later, no reply to my emails anymore, in the beginning as I had to prove to them I was not the thief not them saying so sorry about the mistake, will send out straight away remaining five tins not delivered but in the meantime good you forward photos for us, no I was to wait and been 60 year old granny not tech up to date a nightmare for me but I managed, yet as soon as I sent the proof my emails from them to me visa Vera disappeared and nothing, days have passed nothing from them no goods and no more correspondence.Have informed them that they had until today to get hold of me or I shall phone trading standards tomorrow which is shall do.
These people are very nice to you as long as there is no problem, if so it's you not them, they made the mistake they should have a very good back up system of replacement not you prove it first that you did not steal 6 tins of baby food.Disgusting, 9 days have passed and nothing has been sorted out, on my part yes, they will not accept hat thief packer saw quantity one and sent one but did not read order properly that said one case!!!!
How on earth have they managed to grow so big but they must remember, BHS, Woolworths, they can be brought down, you cannot treat your customers in this way,, so I am now forced to turn to legality to fight this despicable company, sorry no other word can I use to describe what trauma they have put me through as this is the only food my babies eat, I have ordered from another company today so will soon be sorted but I want my money or five tins of food and my next day delivery which cost more then one tin of food
Avoid like the plaque, Asiancookbook, disreputable firm to the core, unless the money is just pouring into their coffers and they don't have to make one penny loss!!!!

I placed an order of Zarqa Red Henna Powder, the best quality henna I ever tried. Prices are very favourable and I was very satisfied by the rapidity of the delivery. Highly recommended!

I wanted to bulk buy some spices and I was worried that it wouldn't come through but I ordered everything at a great price and it came just like it said it would.

Ordered a variety of spices, condiments and fresh foods from the Asian cook shop, and was very impressed by the range of products and the quality of what arrived.

I had a query about my order, and my email question was picked up quickly and my issue sorted out with no problems.

The order was delivered by DPD, who I have always found very reliable, and very useful as they give indicative timeslots for delivery ahead of time and allow you to rearrange your delivery if you aren't going to be in.

Would definitely recommend to other shoppers
