When I found £50 worth of old unused…

When I found £50 worth of old unused theatre tokens from the 1990s in a drawer, I was cursing myself for not using them. A couple of quick emails with photos of the vouchers and I had a e-gift card for the same value ready for me to use. Thank you Kay for sorting this out for so quickly and easily - now to decide what tickets to go for!

Token Exchange

I emailed in order to exchange tokens from the 90's to a replacement e-Gift. I emailed out of office hours and Kay responded first thing the next morning to acknowledge the exchange and the e-Gift shortly followed. Great customer service - thank you again Kay for your time and help.

I got in touch because I had some old…

I got in touch because I had some old theatre vouchers my family was given years ago as a gift and I wanted to find out if I could use them. The team were quick to respond and resolved the issue by turning the print vouchers into e-vouchers. Kay Adams-Ripley (Customer Service and Operations Co-ordinator) was fantastic! Looking forward to using the vouchers!

I had a problem registering a gift card -as I couldn’t reveal the scratch password code properly
I got in touch with the email advice address and received some very quick and helpful advice from Kay.
Quick, efficient and helpful 👍🏻

Fast response to lost vouchers.

I'd been given a voucher ages ago, registered it on the site but lost the physical card. Within 15 minutes replacement card (evoucher) sent through and 5 minutes after that tickets purchased for the show.

Amazing service.

Excellent service!

The service and response were brilliant - thank you Kay! A friend let us know he had lost his theatre token after 2 years. After we made contact the token was reissued within 24 hours. We really appreciate the speed and attention with which this was dealt. Thank you again.

Lost Token? No problem!

When I received a theatre token at Christmas I registered it with the website.
Thank goodness I did as when I came to use it I couldn’t find it anywhere. I emailed and had a replacement etoken within 10 minutes so I could book the seats I wanted at a London theatre.
Thank you for amazing customer service.
Very easy to use the tokens on theatre websites too!

Very helpful customer service, Kay got back to me really quickly and sorted out my legacy tokens (from the early 2000s) so that I now have an e-gift card ready to use.

Kay is brilliant!

Vouchers ‘lost’ in post. Contacted Ted Theatre Tokens and requested vouchers be cancelled. Kay was supportive and informative throughout the time I liased with her. Her email responses were timely and she provided clear information as to how the situation could be resolved. Within less than an hour my vouchers had been cancelled and re-issued as an e-voucher. Customer service if this high standard is rare. Thank you Kay for being amazing! 😊

Kay saved the day!

My gift card got lost in the post (Royal Mail to blame, not Theatre Tokens) but the help and support I received from Kay was 10/10! This was a retirement present so I needed it urgently. My email query was responded immediately and was offered a solution of cancelling the card and replacing with an e-card so I could still present a gift on their last day! I'm so glad I chose Theatre Tokens from the many on offer, thank you!

Avoid at all cost

The only way to use these tokens is to ring the ticket issuer which in our case was ATG.
It took a full hour to get answered and wade through all the requirements. The main problem is that the booking agents dont allow direct entry of the voucher details It took so long that the seats reserved were released twice because of time. Then your are not allowed to say your card details it has to go through your phone key pad which didnt work so we have to pay on the night and left to wonder if it will be OK.
Before Theatre Tokens say they are not involved in issuing tickets, sorry you are right in the middle of it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am very sorry to hear how frustrating the booking process was for you. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to lose seats and encounter difficulties during payment after such a long wait.

We are continuing to work towards increasing the number of venues that accept Theatre Tokens online. At present, ATG are not set up to process Theatre Tokens directly through their own website. However, Theatre Tokens can be used to book tickets online for all ATG venues in the West End via OfficialLondonTheatre.com. For other ATG venues, we provide their contact details in the “Where To Use” section of our website to help make the booking process as straightforward as possible.

While our vouchers are accepted as a method of payment, we are not involved in the ticketing systems, call handling, or booking procedures used by ATG. These elements are entirely managed by the theatre group themselves and we do not have control over how bookings are processed or how payments are taken.

Your feedback is extremely valuable and I will ensure it is shared with ATG so they are aware of the issues you have experienced.

Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.

Great experience

Hi, excellent customer service from the Team. I asked for a voucher to be posted but Royal Mail could not get their act together so the TT team quickly responded and changed it to a digital voucher. Really amazing service

Excellent customer service.

I I emailed Customer Services and Kay responded almost immediately. She kindly issued me with some digital tokens to replace my old ones. I was Impressed at just how quick the response was. She was so efficient and professional. Within hours of my email I received my E-gift. The service was above and beyond my expectations. She is a credit to the company. A well deserved 5 stars.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, Kaye was really helpful, put my mind at rest regarding my order for a theatre token gift card. She replied promptly to my emails and was very polite. I will definitely recommend this company as it makes such a difference having such good customer service.

Fantastic Customer Service

Tried unsuccessfully to use an older style Theatre Token for an online booking, so I emailed Customer Services and Kay responded almost immediately. She kindly issued me with some digital tokens to replace mine and I was able to make my booking with the theatre's website. Impressed at just how quick the response was. So rewarding to have tokens that don't go out of date and to receive such helpful and speedy 'real person' (not robotic) customer service. Bravo.

Excellent customer care.

I contacted customer the customer care team as I had an issue with my token that I couldn't resolve. I had a very prompt response to my query and received a further email within a short space of time which meant my issue had been dealt with,in full,to my satisfaction in a very professional and courteous manner. Kay was just great.

Fantastic service from Kay AR.

Kay AR was most helpful in sorting my problem exchanging Theatre Tokens. Her emails were clear as to what she was doing and any further information she needed from me. My problem was quickly resolved and Kay sorted the exchange on my behalf. Excellent, first class service. Thank you Kay.
