The A World has given us the opportunity to attend relaxed family events with reduced numbers. It's wonderful to see so many families enjoying these days without judgement!

The A World is truly fantastic! Honestly can't even put into words how something that seems so simple has really changed our lives. People take days out for granted. Never felt like we could take my son to Gullivers World, Eureka and Bewilderwood due to the places being so overwhelming. We managed to go and he loved all those places! Seeing him so happy and carefree, playing and having fun is just the most amazing feeling. Thank you The A World for organising these trips, they mean the world to us. Roll on Blackpool Zoo in Feb. Plenty more memories to be made!

The A world has offered us many exciting days out or even holidays stays. With a child who’s got ASD it’s nice to be able to visit a place when everybody’s the same or similar. No judgement just everybody supporting each other.
They go above and beyond and are always very helpful.

The A World has allowed us to do things that we would have never dreamt of doing. My Son is unable to access mainstream activities due to his unpredictable behaviour.
He has absolutely loved all of the days out we’ve had with this amazing charity. Being around families like ours is wonderful and makes us feel instantly at ease. No judgmental looks or tuts, just everybody relaxed and enjoying themselves.

We have attended a number of A World events and are always so grateful for the amazing memories they have helped us make as a family. The staff are very helpful at the events, and via email to answer any queries. Harley, the photographer, is so friendly and we have some lovely family photographs to treasure as they are very difficult to get ourselves! Thanks A World.

I've been twice with the family and it's an amazing event my daughter now 8 absolutely loved it as she could just be herself

We took are 5 year old little boy ASD for the first time to Gulliver’s world he absolutely loved it it’s such a fantastic charity no judgement and stares and didn’t have to que for rides.We can’t wait for are next trip to Blackpool zoo in February.

We’ve attended a number of events organised by The A World and they’ve all been fantastic. It can be very limiting at times and to have an organisation that puts on events like these and takes over the whole venue is such a relief, to know that you are there with families facing the same struggles takes a huge weight of your shoulders. Thank you to all at The A World for everything you do, it really does mean the world to a lot of families!

We had the best time at the Gullivers World Takeover event in September! Running up to the event, the communication with regards to the day and our hotel accommodation was excellent. For my son, knowing what to expect is really important so we were very grateful to have been kept updated with all details, and to have photographs, ride information etc so easily available was a real bonus! On the day itself, we all had so much stress-free fun! Welcoming faces everywhere. Extremely short (if any at all!) queues. Amazing rides for the whole family (aged from 6 to 37). Then to top it off, a great sleepover in a fabulous Pitstop Pod - with evening entertainment and activities at the accommodation, which we hadn’t been expecting! Thank you so much to the A World for making experiences like this so accessible, affordable and amazing for families like mine.

This was our first event with The A World and I can honestly say that it beat our expectations. It’s very difficult to come by Sen sessions and this one was very understanding and relaxed.

We’ve wanted to try Eureka! Before but we were worried about how busy and overwhelming the environment would be. It wasn’t busy at all as they stager the sessions and our son loved it and even showed us where he wanted to go and led us!

We were talking to the photographer and he was so lovely. You have the option of being in or out the photographs and he was so friendly and helpful to talk to and made us more aware of the group! Pictures are free also which is amazing for families who struggle to have a family photo. He also takes pictures of what your child is enjoying in stead of trying to stage it which is also more relaxing and lovely.

We would 100% recommend and would do another event. We’re even looking in to their subscription!

If it weren’t for the A world organising events like Eureka and Gillivers we wouldn’t be able to have family days out. It makes such a difference to our lives. Thank you A World!

We attended the Chester zoo a world take over and had the best time. It can be a very isolated world we parent carers and our autistic children live in, but events like this enable us and our whole families to access places and activities that otherwise we would not be able to.
I've found the whole process from requesting tickets to attending events seamless and easy and most of all stress free. Thank you to the A world and the opportunities you have provided us as a family!

I joined the A World though my local council web page. It is an absolutely fantastic charity and has helped us immensely. Having a son who is autistic can be overwhelming as it can be hard to go places. The days out have been wonderful my son loves them and there’s no judgement which often happens when going places. The charity shops are brilliant and we often visit the one in Leigh which is run by Shelley. It’s opened up a new life for us really. Abigail Hartley-Watson

A great day out at Eureka, really well organised, a lot less people than a usual day out which we found really helpful. My boys really enjoyed themselves :)

we recently went to the A World Gullivers day which was such an amazing day without such places as these my children would struggle in large settings so to be able to attend these kinds of events so that our children can experience being a child without it being to much for them it means so much to families thank you so much for all the amazing work you do i know that us as a family would not be able to go places like these on normal days we have so many good memories to look back on and it also means are children can feel valued and not left out

We look forward to every A World event. By being a member of the A World community we have access to places we would never dream of attending on a “standard” day. The reduced numbers at Eureka! made the whole day so accessible and enjoyable without the usual stress and pressures of a crowded place. All my children are free to be themselves without judgment and as parents it’s so freeing to be out as a family without unnecessary stress. The A World staff are always so helpful, event staff can’t do enough for you and the photographer Harley is just so lovely and we have some of our best family photos from A World events thanks to him. I cannot recommend the A World enough to other families like mine.

We have been on a few trips now, my daughter loves the dino den in gullivers world, we would never be able to attend on a regular day so we get to experience a lovely day with no stress.

We went with The A World to Land of lights at Gulliver's World. The A World have made it easier to have family time at Autism take over events for our family we have two children with additional needs. These events have been amazing an we don't have to worry about being judged for our children to be themselves or even ourselves. We're looking forward to future events. We are so lucky to have The A World as it's such a amazing Charity, they take of all the stress us parents & carers have on these lovely days out. We are so happy & lucky to be able to go to these events.

Our first time at Eureka, but whether it's somewhere new or somewhere we know well such as Gullivers, The A World makes everyone feel safe. From pre arrival information such as social stories and everything a parent could need to know, to always having the same familiar photographer at events, everything is well planned. Days out with autism and anxiety can be stressful or just not happen. The A World make sure wherever we go is a safe space. We know our children can be themselves and no one will bat an eyelid. They may even make a friend! My boys all wanted to go back the next day, so that's high praise from them.

To be able to have a day out or a break away as a family without the worry of outside judgement is something that cannot be valued highly enough. Just a day to feel like a regular family. We've done Eureka and Gullivers twice with the A World now and can't wait to do it again 🙂
