I contaced The Bamboo Company as I wanted to use bamboo for screening purposes. Their advice and service was top drawer and I now have a beautiful row of bamboo, rather than an eyesore, at the bottom of my garden. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get some bamboo.

We were impressed that our Red Fountain bamboo was at least as big as described and well packaged with good planting instructions and tips.
It looks lovely in the garden.
I suspect we'll be back for more provided it continues to thrive.

I recently bought 4 large bamboo for a new home .
2 of the bamboos are completely dead after 2 weeks . The other 2 are fine . All were watered and taken care of the same way as they are all together on the same patio.
After contacting the company they basically said plants die and there is nothing they can do or will do to offer any kind of compensation or replacement . Even after seeing the photos .
The worst thing was they accused me of not watering them . If that were the case they would all be dead, and it rained all that week . So insulting .
He also had the audacity to tell me to buy another one to get one free? Seriously .... It cost me £110 for the 2 dead ones .
Disgusting treatment of a customer . £110 down the drain in 2 weeks .
Be careful they have very fast delivery but no after sales care at all!!!!

They were so helpful, so polite, bamboo I ordered was lovely, they were for my son and he was very happy with them, delivery was so quick, wold defiantly buy from again, they even sent me a message about watering to make sure they got enough in this dry weather at the moment. Very happy

Our bamboo got delivered to an incorrect address by mistake, the company were fantastic in swiftly speaking to the delivery company and wanting to resolve the problem quickly. Communication was excellent throughout, right up to when my bamboo arrived. Product was also excellent. Couldn't fault the service.

TBC's website was a good start. The advice I received when I phoned was very helpful and expert. The choice of bamboo types was wide but not overwhelming. The ordering and delivery system worked as promised. The email giving delivery arrangements was splendid - but I won't spoil the fun by giving away the details. The plants arrived properly packed and protected and in good condition. I would recommend TBC if you are thinking of buying bamboo.

I arranged a suitable delivery date on the telephone and driver even brought the plant through to my back garden. The plant was even taller than I imagined and provides a little privacy for us over my neighbours new floor to ceiling window. The plant is in excellent condition and I just hope that I am able to take care of it using the care directions which came with my bamboo.
