They took into consideration altitude, wind, location, and specific requirements, and from this information recommended the most suitable bamboo plant. The plants arrived well packed and in tip-top condition. Pricewise they were more competitive than other on-line sellers, or local garden centres - so the combination of expert knowledge, quality product and competitive price is hard to beat. Excellent communication, prompt reply to any questions asked, small delay with delivery, but that was due to courier which Matt got onto straight away and were delivered next day.

Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable and very quick with his replies to my questions. The bamboo plants I purchased were delivered quickly, I didn't even need to be home to sign for them.

Whilst the delivery service was quick the plants were delivered in cracked plastic pots. Thankfully we did get a timely response to our email complaint and a small refund was given for this inconvenience. Unfortunately though after caring for the bamboo as instructed both plants costing ca £50 each died within a few months and the supplier refused to send replacements or offer a refund. A very disappointing customer experience overall.

I purchased some very large bamboo plants which were delivered 3 days after ordering.Overall customer service and communication was excellent.My plants were well packaged and the seller uses an excellent courier for speedy efficient delivery.
