Efficient - did exactly what they promised and plants were of good quality.

3 bamboos ordered, only 2 delivered initially as the remaining bamboo hadn't been sent in error. However Matt from the Bamboo Company was quick to resolve the matter and kept me informed at all times.

A good turn around and good customer service, for what could have been so much worse. In my view that is what customer service is all about; going the extra mile to resolve any issues. Definitely recommend the company just based on that, but the bamboos delivered are in great condition and doing their job of enhancing the garden, while at the same time as acting as a good screen.

I ordered a bamboo that I had seen at RHS Wisley. The plant was delivered faster than p[romised, in great condition and all communications were both accurate and entertaining!

My plants arrived quickly, well protected and healthy. This was my 1st order and I will definitely place another order in the future.

Really pleased with the range of plants available and the communication from the company is good too. Packaging could be a little better though and I would have preferred a courier company that were more careful with their deliveries as the plant was definitely damaged in transit.

The Courier company on left one plant and I had ordered two. Matt from the Bamboo Company sorted it out straight away and the second was delivered the next day. Old fashioned customer service from a man that knew his stuff.
