My parcel was lost. I did not get it. I waited for one week. I had to go and buy a new vape machine. That is why I am scoring you a one.

We’re very sorry to hear that your parcel was lost by Evri and completely understand your frustration.
You brought this to our attention on the 5th working day that Evri should have delivered your parcel by, within the hour we had responded to your email and reshipped your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We are a small business and ensure all orders are dispatched promptly, unfortunately Evri let us down in delivering this to you and for this we have sincerely apologised.
We have also contacted Evri to investigate this but we didn’t want you to have to wait the standard 10 working days for the courier’s investigation, so we arranged to resend your order immediately.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve this issue and we let you know that if the original parcel should also arrive with you then you are welcome to keep this as we do not want to inconvenience you any further.
