Item ordered two months back and never received. This company needs to be banned from Facebook and anywhere else it puts out bogus sales.

Terrible customer service. Returns are ridiculous.
Waiting for refund 4 weeks after product returned.

Ordered the cowboy cook book nearly 2 months ago ,sent email asking where my order is , no response as yet. SCAM !!

I made the mistake of purchasing Riedel wine glasses before looking at the reviews. These wine glasses are phony and not authentic. Plus they were so dirty plus they sent the wrong wine glass. They don't answer their phone. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE NOT LIGITIMATE BEWARE.

BEWARE:This company does not honor their advertisements. I purchased a BOOK which they told me that I would receive in 4- to 6 weeks. When I didn't receive it in 2 months I call and they told me this was an EBOOK. This is unacceptable. First it takes 4 to 6 weeks to send you an email. Second, there was NO place that said this was an EBOOK. This company will milk you for your money. Don't waste your time and money on this company, as they are NOT reliable. THEY ARE A SCAM. I will say that since I started this campaign they have changed the website stating it's an ebook. Still wouldn't trust them.

Scam ordered sausage making book for 99 cents waited almost a month billed to my card. Called to inquire as to what was going on only to be told they did not have any order from me???? Waste of time

I ordered a set of cutting boards on Jan. 8. After a few weeks of not hearing or receiving anything, I tried to contact them by email AND Facebook message. No response. So, today I called them. I was told that my 'address was put on hold'. What?! I NEVER have a problem with receiving anything at my address. So, I verified my address with them. When I asked why I never heard anything from them about this issue (and delay) I was basically told 'I dunno. Your address was just put on hold for some reason' and that I should receive it in a few days. We will see. Bad way of doing business, if you ask me. I will update.

UPDATE: Final Update..2\12\18 ..What I ordered is not a booklet as I thought. (but I was told it was shipped Fedex. She could not give me a tracking No.) It's on the website. I was charged 3 times and I had not even logged into the website.
Update #1: 1/24/18 called to find out where my order was...he asked if I wanted him to expedite my order. Of course I said ok. Got charged again for probably a new order. Bank took care of it. Now I have to call back AFTER I get my item and cancel the two above charges I will get in 60 days.
SCAM ..Ordered a promotion item from an ad on Facebook for $.99. I ordered it for someone else at the same address and the deliver information would not let me enter the name. It had to be my name. The order was put in on 1/15/18 and it is now 1/24/18 and I have not received the item that comes thru the mail. I was told it will be mailed from Las Vegas. I live 5 hrs from LV. No shipment tracking number given. The SCAM comes into play when you don't read the fine print at the bottom of your email confirmation. Like others it wasent bad but could have been allot better, I found there website terrible and the layout needs looking at

Lie about policy. Do not stand behind the products. Takes days or weeks to respond. Charges 50% restocking and shipping even on damaged. Requires notice within 7 days but doesn't answer calls or return them for a week or more. Worst experience. Spent $350.00 and have a broken handle.

Don't order on BigKitchen.com. The descriptions are not detailed enough to give you accuracy on what you order. If you need to return product, they will resist returning your money with claims that they received it damaged or have to charge a "restocking" fee.

Good site, clear precise. However the ordering process a little unclear, had to reply with a e mail for T&C, which should be made clear at time of placing order??. Full payment nade and then had to wait for a week before stock arrived for delivery. However still cheap and customer services helpful. Will use agin as I have many appliances still to purchase for a new kitchen.

Sink and Tap ordered Thursday evening arrived Tuesday as described and at a very good price. I am well pleased with the service I was given by The Big KitchenCentre and would highly recommend them to other people.
