I hear what you're saying about the "nicks" on your "Pristine" graded phone. Our 'Pristine' grade means there will be very light signs of use. We aim for devices in this grade to be in fantastic cosmetic condition, but sometimes tiny cosmetic imperfections can be present. We understand how important cosmetic condition is, and that's why we also offer a 'Like New' grade for devices that are cosmetically perfect.

It's important to know that the grade is purely about how the phone looks, not how it performs. Every refurbished device, regardless of its cosmetic grade, goes through extensive certified checks to make sure it's 100% functional. You always get a fully working phone.
