The Boiler Blokes replaced my 30 year old boiler and radiators this week and I cannot recommend this company enough.
Peter, Clinton, Alfie and Ethan were a pleasure to have in our home, courteous, cheerful, tidy and very professional in their work.Throughout the 2 days they turned up on time, kept us informed and ensured we were completely happy before they departed.The end result is beyond our expectation.
I had several quotes for this work, Boiler Blokes took the time to do a site survey before they quoted and explained what they would do and why. There was no hard sell or baffling jargon. Their price was very fair and the quality of their work was excellent. They even followed up with a call a few days later to make sure we were still happy.

Wayne and his team are extremely professional, efficient and friendly from booking to finishing the replacement of our boiler. They fully explained everything from start to finish and left everything clean and tidy. At the boiler service we were told that the boiler would need replacing. They wouldn't charge for the boiler service and two days later they turned up at 08:00 and fitted a new boiler. Professional, friendly and efficient and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. A 5-star operation.

Excellent service! When our boiler broke, they came out the next day and fitted a new one. Wayne and his team are incredibly professional, efficient and friendly. They gave good advice and even left us with a free bottle of champagne as a thank you for choosing their business. I would highly recommend.

The job of replacing the boiler and fitting a new hot water cylinder was completed in one day. The whole experience from the quote to the handing over of the completed job was excellent. We had four guys on site one doing the boiler, one doing the tank replacement and the others doing all the other tasks. The guys were great and kept you up-to-date if required. From start to finish the Boiler Blokes were superb. Friendly, proefessional, effecient and clean. Would highly recomend them. In fact I did to my inlaws and they recently experinced the same high level of service from them.

From the time meeting Wayne, receiving my estimate and work commencing, I was very impressed and pleased with the company. I employed Boiler Blokes to replace my boiler and I must say that the work was carried out in a timely, considerate and thoroughly professional manner. The whole work area was left clean and tidy and all waste/lid materials removed. I even received a phone call after the weekend to ask if everything was ok. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We used The Boiler Blokes to remove our old boiler and hot&cold water tanks, and fit a new combi boiler in a new location in the house, as well as a new radiator. All the guys were fantastic, very punctual, friendly and tidy. They all worked really hard and did a fantastic job, exceeding our expectations. They checked with us throughout, making sure we were happy with location of pipework, and explained what they were doing along the way. The price was very reasonable, not quite the cheapest....but a lot less than our most expensive quote. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The journey to my new boiler started with a service which I’d organised at the start of the Winter. Wayne pointed out the boiler was old and inefficient, but there was no hard sell.

Nearly 6 months later, when I was able to, I contacted Wayne for a quote for a new boiler, he visited quickly, looked at everything that needed looking at, and answered my questions. He delivered a written quote the next day - more than reasonable. He was then available for further questions by phone. The date of the installation was agreed around my diary as much as theirs.

On the day of installation, the team, Clinton, Alfie and Ethan arrived at the time agreed, they talked me through what they were going to do, and worked with me to think about how I could keep a very elderly, ill cat safe.

When there were some possible changes to the agreed plan, they phoned and talked them through with me before going ahead. The did an excellent job of clearing up any mess they made.

The team stayed until the job was complete which was almost 8pm! At the end of the installation Clinton clearly demonstrated how everything worked.

At all times I have been blown away by the professionalism of every Boiler Bloke I met, and I couldn’t recommend them any more! If you’ve got boiler or heating work then give them a call!

Without doubt the most stress free full heating system installation we have ever had. From the initial visit from Wayne to discuss boiler and radiator options all details were discussed and a detailed quotation was emailed to us promptly. An installation date was booked and over the course of 3 days the team really did an outstanding job. The most courteous 'Blokes' to have working in our property. During a routine boiler service, a gas safety issue was identified by Wayne which necessitated some 3rd Party work from an electrician and a builder to bring it up to code. He was always on hand (or contactable) to guide the other trade's work in order to meet the criteria to pass the safety tests. All work has now been completed and we have the issue all sorted. We are extremely grateful for his attention to detail, expertise and 'nothing's too much trouble' approach to the project - highly recommended!

We had Clinton and Alfie fit a new Worcester boiler for us, as our old one was getting old and not working to full capacity. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterwards and would not have known they had been here. Would be pleased to recommend The Boiler Blokes to other clients.

The fact that they are a family business, allied to their reassurances that they treat every house like it's their own, and also reading reviews, were the key reasons we contacted them for a quote. From the day Wayne called to our home to provide a quote, we felt sure we had made the correct decision. Wayne and his team were outstanding, and a pleasure to have in our home. They arrived bang on time on the first installation day, and in addition to Wayne, Clinton, Peter and Alfie were polite, and from the outset displayed respect for our home, working in a neat and tidy manner. They were at all times reassuring, keeping us informed of what they were doing, and why. The work was high quality, with minimum disruption, and all executed in a friendly and good humoured manner. Following the installation, Wayne was on hand during the following days to ensure everything was working okay, and we were happy with the work. I have to reiterate all the positive comments from previous customers...efficient, professional,patient and polite.
