Excellent service, on time, used simple language to help us-oldies. Great value for money by coming up with a solution that meant the boiler could still be located in the loft but be checked where we could easily reach to do it. Even came back to make sure we were ok.

Absolutely brilliant job by the Boiler Blokes. We needed our boiler moving, so I wrote to them on the Monday, got a call-back straight away and Wayne came back later that same day to check out the job and write up a quote. Job booked in all done on the Thursday.
The guys were terrific; really nice, considerate, and did an amazing job. Super clean work, pipes look great, the drilling required is spotless and it all works! Super quick, great value, excellent craft, nice people; can't recommend highly enough.

A first class experience from start to finish. Wayne took the time to research the unusual heating controls in my house to confirm they didn't need replacing. The boiler installation itself was done superbly. Clinton spoke with me on any aspects where there were options and given all the facts I needed to make a decision. From the initial quote, hand delivered and no repeated chase ups, to the install the behaviour of Wayne and the team was first class. Professional in going out of their way to be friendly and efficient. Peter the dog whisperer eventually got the big dog not to bark. Everyone was first class from Clinton explaining the boiler to Alfie and Peter talking through the other processes. They certainly made this as nice an experience as you could hope for. Well done gents.

The Boiler Blokes are a fantastic outfit, knowledgeable, ultra courteous, always willing to go the extra mile to deliver a great service from quote to post installation follow up. They installed gas for us and relocated my daughters boiler, both jobs were done without fuss, on time, and at a great price.
They are the sort of team who you can give your keys to go out and come back after they finished, knowing the job will have been done and you won’t know they have been there.

Our heating went down and we called The Boiler Blokes and they were amazing.

Wayne made sure he came round that day to get our heating and hot-water back up and running. Not the simplest job, but Wayne got our heating back up and running.

No insane callout fee, just his time, and the part. No attempt to upsell, no teeth-sucking or 'ooh that'll cost you', just a really great service.

And, if that wasn't enough Wayne is a really lovely polite chap!! Legend. If Carlsberg made boiler engineers they wouldn't be as good as Wayne and his team.

Have since asked the team to install a new pump for us and service the boiler and consistently brilliant service.

Will absolutely be using them again at the first opportunity we get, the service was that awesome!!

Cannot recommend enough!

I needed an emergency boiler replacement, and The Boiler Blokes team (Wayne, Clinton and Peter) were amazing.

They took the time to explain everything to me from what they were doing, what the problem was, options available and made recommendations with no pressure.

They managed to fit in my boiler replacement at short notice, and loaned me a heater for the few days where my old boiler had to be turned off.

They worked incredibly hard to get the installation completed so I had heating again quickly during a cold January.

The team were also really nice, friendly people. They were very empathetic, understood my situation and resolved my heating issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. It was a pleasure having them in my house. I'll be returning to The Boiler Blokes for my annual boiler service.
