Had The Boiler Blokes upgrade my heating system this past week; I won't beat around the bush, they were fantastic and I have no complaints.

From quote to completion communication was prompt / detailed, the gentlemen who performed the work on site were punctual, conscientious, tidy and friendly.

The whole process was so good it is making me consider further works that I had not considered purely because dealing with this company is a pleasure. I fully recommend anyone reach out to them for their services!

The Boiler Blokes replaced my gas boiler. I was very impressed with their quality of work, professionalism and friendliness. They did the job at short notice, explained everything clearly and brought along a small fan heater so I wouldn't have to sit in the cold all day while they completed the work. Customer service and customer care; does not get better than this!

We had to have remedial work to location of boiler due to non conformance to building regs plus boiler repair. Very satisfied with communications from the outset and the on site team today were on time, efficient, courteous, tidy with an excellent attitude. Would highly recommend The Boiler Blokes.

A very professional group of guys who I would absolutely recommend. I had a new boiler and rads fitted and they did a great job. My old back boiler was removed and a new one fitted in the loft so a lot of new pipe work was needed.
They were polite, cheerful, turned up on time and were extremely tidy and respectful.

Boiler Blokes set the standard for how work should be done, to the highest professional standard like I've ever seen in the UK!

Firstly, Wayne stuck to his promise to slot us in at the earliest possible date, all three vans arrived punctually, protected our carpets and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving even though it was getting late and they had to go another job afterwards.

Needless to say they installed the best boiler on the market (Worcester) which is better than what British Gas quoted us for at a much higher price!

They were also pleasant to speak to and Clinton's hand-over at the end capped the professional touch. The boxed bottle of champagne we received just put the cherrie on the top!

We recommend Boiler Blokes to anyone who needs to install or fix a boiler properly at a reasonable price, no doubt I will be passing on the word to all my friends and family!

totally blown away by a company and this review is exactly because of that.

We needed a new boiler fitted and various other plumbing work such as news rads, trv’s, a new hot water tank fitted and we also wanted a smart heating control system to be set up, so it was rather a big job.

We contacted several local bussiness and decided to go with The Boiler Blokes as we was really impressed with Wayne’s knowledge and honest advise and we are soooo pleased that we did. We was totally blown away with the level of service, professionalism, quality of work and to top it off they are such lovely people.

From the very start of the initial quotation to the completion of the work I can honestly say these guys are the most hard working and honest tradesmen.

They started the job bang on time at 7am and managed to complete all the work in one day. The work was done to such a high standard and they left the house completely spotless.

Wayne, Peter, Clinton and Alfie thank you so much for the amazing job you’ve done, we are over the moon and know we are in safe hands going forward for any of our boiler/plumbing needs.

We have been ripped off before with a boiler in a previous property and the price was very expensive, following this we decided to go with people recommendations who have had previous experience.
Our Boiler died in June and our British Gas contract could not even send out anyone until the middle of July just to examine, we ended up with an independent Gas Safe Engineer who deemed it fatal. I have heard the Boiler Blokes jingle previously on Mix 96 and thought it sounded cheesy, but speaking with the engineer who came out he recommended The Boiler Blokes.
Wayne came out to survey bang on time and checked our water pressure and confirmed it would be ok to remove our boiler from our kitchen and replace into our loft. When the quote came back we were very happy with the price. Remove boiler, water tanks, hot water tank and relay pipes to the loft and it would be a 2 day job.
I was not at home when the installation was done but wording this on my husband who was so impressed with the work, they turned up on time and laid out dust sheets keeping areas clean, keeping a professional and friendly attendance through the 2 days.
Everything about the installation was perfect, and although we were without heating or hot water for over 5 weeks (was going to be 9 weeks but they found us a cancellation, thank god) that goes to show how good the company are and are inundated with jobs.
To finish it off we were produced with a bottle of champagne which was not to be expected.
This was a brand new boiler in the Worcester Bosch collection which can link to a remote or wired thermostat and we were the first to be installed by them, after having no heating for over 5 weeks the day after the installation we couldn't turn the heating off. Wayne turned up within 30 minutes and managed to sort this out a learning curve for them for future with an element of the boiler.
I highly recommend the Boiler Blokes and they deserve their 5 stars on Trustpilot.

I have been using these guys for years. As a disabled, single mother I truly believe that these are good guys. They only replace bits when needed and don't overcharge. They are punctual, polite and swift. I can't recommend them enough.

The Boiler Blokes Simply the Best!

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by the Boiler Blokes and I can honestly say they are the best trades people I have ever had any work done by.

From the initial quotation survey visit by the MD Wayne to the day of the works performed by Peter, Clinton and Alfie they exceeded my expectations on every level.

The day before the job I was contacted and asked if I'd prefer a 0730 or 0800 start time (what fitter starts before 0900 in this country?!).

They arrived bang on time and greeted both my wife and me politely by name. They then proceeded to tell me what they planned to do for the day, prepared all their tools and materials and protected all floor areas that they would access with heavy duty dust sheets.

All the team were the politest, happiest and most cheerful people you could ever wish to meet, and their enthusiasm for the day was matched with their utter professionalism in performing the job.

As well as fitting the boiler (in the garage), they had to remove an old tank from the loft, reconfigure various pipework between loft and airing cupboard, flush the entire radiator system and install a new Nest control system. This all took an amount of time but they stayed till they completed the entire job, and demonstrated how the Nest controller worked and talked me through a pre-prepared folder of documents and booklets for all the equipment. They finally left around 19:45 on the Friday evening after nearly a 12 hour day on the job. Again, what fitters would do that in this country?!

Within minutes of the system having been commissioned we had radiators hotter than I'd ever felt them before, and the boiler is whisper quiet.

And to top it all off they even presented us with a boxed bottle of quality Champagne as thank you for our custom and for having looked after them with teas and coffees (and a few biscuits too).

Just today (3 days since fitting) I've also received a follow up courtesy call to check that everything is still ok and that I'm happy with the installation.

These guys are simply the best and I wish every trades person and company were this professional, diligent, respectful (of the customer and their home), and just downright pleasant to employ.

I would unequivocally recommend the Boiler Blokes to anyone thinking of upgrading their boiler / heating system.

Incredibly well presented and polite. Explained the impact on the business while they were working and away they went.
Little or no impact occurred and by late afternoon we were the proud recipients of a modern and efficient new boiler. Great brief on its operation, all paperwork presented in a folder for us to keep with a copy of the invoice made out and also in the folder. Four man team, always following the COVID protocols and never once slipped from their cheery, polite, professional demeanor. Cannot recommend highly enough and having used them domestically thoroughly delighted to use them for the business as well. The team are the epitome of professionalism, from presentation to departure.. all in all a very slick and value for money experience :)

Wayne came out to our home and surveyed what work was needed to be done to change us from an old fashioned warm air vent heating system to a new boiler and radiators.
on the day of installation the team turned up right on the time they said they would and started work straight away.
Wayne, Clinton, Alfie & Peter turned up on time each morning and worked through till late. they cleaned up and left the work area clean and tidy each day At the end of the installation everything was left really clean and tidy and all the rubbish was removed . the team were polite and friendly at all times laughing all the time and enjoying their work,
the hot water is ready in an instant and the radiators heat up nice and quickly and as an added bonus has added a real boost to our shower with increased water pressure.
we would not hesitate to recommend the Boiler Blokes to any one who needs a new boiler system.

I have just noticed that Boiler Blokes are advertising in The Wendover News and are on Trustpilot. I would like to give a belated review. My central heating and hot water system had broken down in a very cold spell in April. I called Boiler Blokes and Clinton visited us within the hour. He diagnosed the fault and arranged to call as soon as he received the ordered part. Two days later Clinton fitted the faulty part and our boiler started working immediately. I cannot recommend Boiler Blokes highly enough.

I can’t sing the praises of this company enough. From first enquiry to the completion of the fitting of a new boiler, they were friendly and professional. The initial survey carried out by Wayne was very thorough and he gave valuable advice regarding the type of boiler that would meet our requirements. On the day of installation, the team arrived on time and laid dust sheets throughout our house - believe it or not, even on the patio where drilling would be carried out to fit a new flue. The team worked hard and the boiler was installed in a day. On completion of the work they carried out a thorough cleaning and nobody would know that they had been - apart from the fact that we had heating and hot water! I would strongly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Excellent job by the team, professional to the letter. Kept the house tidy and cleaned each night before they finished.

From start to finish the guys were excellent.

Wayne came out to quote and was very friendly but very professional. I could tell straight away he knew his stuff and gave quick and direct answers to my questions, giving me a lot of confidence that he knew what he was talking about.

I had some concerns over how the install would go due to the type of existing boiler I had. However Wayne put me at ease by knowing exactly how he would deploy his services including accessing a tricky position for the new flue.

The guys arrived on time and started straight away. It was a big job and they were flat out all day but managed to get it all done in one day. Big ++

Clinton and Wayne have done an amazing job for us. They have worked with our old system keeping it running, put in a new system for us and then reworked it after an extension.
Every time they have worked for us, they have been responsive and done an excellent job for a decent price.
I will never use anybody else.
