I just wanted to take the time to say a huge thank you. From our initial enquiry to proceeding with changing the whole heating system your communication has been outstanding. You have been patient and explained everything more than once. You’ve provided different options and understood the challenges of arranging during a global pandemic.
The whole process has been so smooth. We are delighted that they now have a home with hot water and heating, it’s more energy efficient and hopefully will save us money.

Wayne, Clinton, and Alfie did an absolutely fantastic job at my house back in November 2020 (apologies for the late review). The job required a complete change in the boiler system, and brand new radiators throughout the whole house. As well as this, due to the age of my house, there were many different types of pipework identified by the team (copper, plastic, lead, steel), which the Boiler Blokes Team successfully managed to negotiate through, simplifying and removing lots of pipework which had been added over the years but never removed by previous tradesmen. The difficulty of the job was acknowledged by the team themselves as one of the most complicated systems they have come across. If you are looking for boiler / heating tradesmen that do a thorough job, leaving no stone unturned, and have a high degree of professionalism, then look no further than the Boiler Blokes Team! Wayne, Clinton, and Alfie were a pleasure to have around as they were all very easy to get along with, and they also left the house in a tidy manner at the end of each day. Given the size of the job, I was very pleased with the fact that they managed to upgrade the boiler, cylinder, removal of pipework, installation of radiators, and a new smart programmer system (Nest) within 5 days! For years we have had issues with the circulation of hot water around the house and since the Boiler Blokes have upgraded our boiler system and simplified / removed the excess pipework (of which there was so much), we no longer have these issues. Appointing the Boiler Blokes to do this job has been one of the best decisions I have made. We will be using the Boiler Blokes for the annual maintenance of the boiler / heating system as they have done such a tremendous job! Thank you so much Wayne, Clinton, and Alfie!! We will be using you for any similar types of work required in the future.

When we needed to replace our ancient boiler we asked our neighbours if they could recommend a company. How pleased we are that they recommended The Boiler Blokes.
We were very impressed with everything about the company, from the detailed quote to the actual installation and then a follow up call the next day to check that everything was as expected.
It was really cold on the installation day and it was a long working day but the team remained cheerful throughout the day. We cannot fault anything, the boiler works beautifully, it was installed carefully and neatly and all the radiators were checked to ensure they were working properly before they left.
We were given detailed instructions about the boiler and all the relevant information was given to us in a folder.
We were very impressed with their attention to detail, eg in the positioning of the room thermostat, matching of the bricks and the brickwork itself. These are the things that you can see and it fills you with confidence about the quality of the installation as you know they will have applied the same high standards.
At the end of the installation everything was left really clean and tidy and all the rubbish was removed, had it not been for the blissful heat you would not have known they had been there!
Their customer service is second to none and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Boiler Blokes to anyone in need of a new boiler .

Really excellent - we had a boiler programmer problem, which was swiftly resolved, and boiler service was carried out with great precision.
Wayne also identified we had a water leak, which had been producing noise for some time. He tracked it down to a concreted-in section of piping beneath the kitchen floor, and replaced it.
The charges were reasonable, Wayne was very considerate, (I cannot move easily, as the result of a Stroke) and explained what he was gong to do very clearly, at each stage. Really excellent! Thanks.

I required an “ ancient” part replaced and a new one fitted to cure a water leak. Their engineer, Wayne, arrived on time and carried out the repair without fuss.
As usual he was friendly, polite and very professional.
All carried out to our entire satisfaction. We would never use any other Company for our heating and servicing work. Truly superb.

Boiler Blokes recently fitted my new boiler and I said at the time, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Today I called Wayne for help with a water leak that had knocked out my electrics. Despite the leak being nothing to do with them, Wayne immediately offered to come over and look in my loft to see if he could find the leak. He spent ages searching until he eventually found the culprit in the airing cupboard. Then he fixed it, despite general plumbing not being a normal part of their service portfolio. Not just that; he removed and dried the very many video games, train set and photo albums stored in there. This is not just an excellent service, this is Boiler Blokes service. They truly go way beyond excellence. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys; you are stars!

The Boiler Blokes were brilliant from beginning to end. Everything about their work was professional and meticulous - from their quote (which was the lowest of all the companies that came out to provide one) to cleaning up after installing our new boiler. They then surprised us with a bottle of champagne to thank us for using them, when it was us that had the thanking to do. I am delighted that we decided to go with The Boiler Blokes and I cannot recommend them more highly.

Our boiler needed replacing fairly urgently as we didn't have any hot water. Our normal plumber was too busy to do the work, so I found The Boiler Blokes on the Worcester Bosch website and read the excellent reviews. Impressively, despite also being extremely busy, Wayne turned up to quote the same evening and they managed to fit us in just a few days later on a Saturday. The team turned up at 7:30am and due to some unexpected complexities of the job didn't finish until 8:45pm. Throughout this extremely long day they didn't take a break or even stop for lunch. Wayne, Clinton and their apprentice Alfie were unfailingly professional and remained in good humour throughout. We were extremely impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a new boiler. It is not often I am blown away by service nowadays but these guys well and truly achieved that. If you need a new boiler then really don't look any further. Very highly recommended!

From the initial quote visit to the completion of the work, Wayne and his team have been superb!
They were friendly yet consummately professional, punctual and paid meticulous attention to keeping the work spaces clean and tidy. They were very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The icing was on the cake was the follow up courtesy call I received this morning to check that I was happy with the work. All round - a fantastic service - thank you!

I decided to us the Boiler Blokes based on their TrustPilot reviews. ( I run my own business and know what's involved in getting a 5 star rating) We had a leak of water earlier in the year and decided with all the other work needed to fix the house up, that now was the time to upgrade the boiler and move it to the loft. All I can say is what a slick and friendly service. Arrived to look at the job on time. Delivered the quote on time. Started the job on time and worked flat out in order to complete the job on time. Leaving the house clean and tidy each day. (which given the turmoil caused by the leak earlier in the year, is no mean feat) We had a problem with the bathroom towel rad the following day. After months of dealing with other trades etc we were almost certainly overly grumpy about it. But Wayne and Clinton took it in their stride and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. The way in which a company handles problems is always a measure of their overall standards too. I just wish all the other trades we have been dealing with lately were up to this standard. Completely recommended!

Our boiler broke down and was non repairable, after we contacted the Boiler Blokes Clint came round the next evening to check what could be done explained our options for a replacement we had the quote the next day and they came the following week very quick and efficient.

All the team were polite courteous and hardworking very clean and we are delighted with our new boiler. We were treated as valued customers made to feel special. The handover and explanation was very detailed.

If you need a new boiler fitted look no further than the Boiler Blokes ,from the initial consultation to having the boiler fitted on the day everything was totally professional and efficient, they arrived bright and early and worked tirelessly throughout the day ,once everything was up and running Wayne explained how everything worked and left us with a folder of all the manuals . After they had left apart from having a new boiler you wouldn't have known they had been everything was so tidy and clean, we can't thank Clinton ,Alfie and Wayne enough they are credit to their profession.

They changed my boiler from a system with water tank to a combi boiler and moved it in to my garage from the kitchen.
