2nd time of having our boiler at our caravan, serviced with this Family run Company. Wayne the owner was great, on time, very friendly, thorough & explained everything he was doing. Would 100% recommend & will definitely use again. We had to actually cancel the 1st appointment as he was on his way, as we did not have any water!!! I rang the office & they got hold of the engineer & got him to turn back to the office, no charge & amazing service. Can’t thank them enough.

I have had a service contract with this company for some years and they have kept my boiler old going very well. Recently the boiler reached its final day where nothing could be done to make it work. I needed a new boiler and this was carefully installed within a week. The work was carried out over two days as I also had a flush out of the radiators as well and the system needed updating and amending for the new boiler. The men worked very efficiently and left my house tidy and clean each day.

Superb service from The Boiler Engineer Ltd in deciding on a new oil combi boiler, site survey a quote received within a couple of days following initial contact, installation days agreed and engineers turned up on every day of the installation, protected all areas where they were working, were exceptionally conscious on keeping the work area clean throughout the whole time they were there, polite and always discussed options with me and recommendations due to the boiler being moved to a new location. Superb would highly recommend to anyone.
