Animated Ads Made Easy
When I first looked into making animated display ads, I thought I was going to have to learn HTML 5 and hand code everything. Not so! Bannersnack makes it so easy to create beautifully animated ads. I recently had an issue with one of my files and their customer service team got back to me quickly and immediately solved the problem.

Game changing platform for digital marketers. Saves a CRAZY amount of time for creating banner assets. Super easy to use, customer service has always been helpful, and they are continuing to introduce new features. Saves me hours of work every week and outputs phenomenal assets for our brand.

Outstanding Product.
The interface is outstanding. The timeline is a dream to use and does not take long to get to grips with. You can output to common formats and can keep an eye on the file size as you go. I do not use the templates but there are some super layouts in there. A key feature is that you can upload your own fonts, I uploaded OTF formats so no need to convert to WOFF2. Support responded within a minute and I am not sure I am in the same time zone. :-)

Have been using Bannersnack for about a year and am in love with it! Easy to use, professional results and I have had wonderful customer service when needed. My customers love what I've created for them! I'm excited video and giphy are now available - haven't tried it yet. I would encourage the updating of the Facebook sizes, as was noted by another user in a comment on Feb 12, 2020. I also had an issue for a client in that the FB posts and covers were not displaying properly. But...overall this platform is STELLAR! 5 Stars all the way!

This has been my go-to software for social media posts for my two restaurants for more than a year now. I am writing this review so it can be helpful to others. This is a piece-of-cake software with the best of features. I have not used adobe to perfection as Illustrator and other tools are too complicated for a restaurant owner like me.
Bannersnack has been very easy to use, easy to build up the skills, and has an amazingly responsive support team that always has been very courteous and helpful.
