Outstanding Customer Service
I feel I need to rate the service of Bannersnack first as I feel so strongly about just how helpful they are. I have never come across a company that are so flexible and helpful. No matter who I have dealt with, they have been incredibly helpful and informative.
The software is great and very easy to use. I only use After Effects now if I have a complicated animation. Bannersnack have reduced the amount of time I take to create an animated banner by about 50%.
Cannot recommend enough.

Saves a lot of time
I think the pricing is steep, but in the end it just saves a lot of time. Even if you have the complete CC, Sketch, etc. No of these tools is as specifically designed for Banners as Bannersnack. They could do a better job at updating the social media image sizes. Not 100% sure, but some where not up to date.

Save Time & Work Smarter!
This service has cut down the time it takes for us to create a set of banner ads tremendously. Due to time constraints, we had only been able to advertise a single set at a time. Now that we have Bannersnack, we're always testing A, B, and C versions of our ad sets and also customizing them by region. It's only possible to due to the time savings Bannersnack has afforded us. They are also very responsive when you need help, they really listen to feedback, they have regular updates and great templates, and their how-to videos and articles are extremely helpful. I recommend using Bannersnack 100%!
