Hello Michael,

Thank you for taking out of your time to post a review. I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been facing difficulties with your image quality. The solution might differ depending on what is the actual cause for the quality loss. Our quality bar only adjusts JPG imported images and does not affect PNG’s that would be a good place to start. Also, using images with a resolution closer to that of your design can also benefit as our back-end applies compression based on size and resolution meaning that it will be more aggressive on larger images. If these steps do not resolve your issues, please do not hesitate to contact us through our built in chat and one of our representatives will perform a thorough analysis on your banner to identify the root cause.
