This hotel has all the OLD FASHIONED…

This hotel has all the OLD FASHIONED CHARM of when companies were grateful that people used their business's Not like the BUSINESS hotels who think YOU the client should be grateful(another story) Mr Toumi the manager and all his staff are so thoughtful caring & kind that nothing is too much trouble. When the basement room I choose became too noisy (wooden floors above!) Mr Toumi offered WITHOUT Quibble to re room us straight away no extra cost. the breakfast was the hottest freshest nicest I have ever tasted from the biggest down. The hotel is amazing value for money, and the bathroom contains shelves for your products without having to bend in the showers on while applying make-up. The Hotel is right the Right on the waterfront and walking distance to the very attractive town & shops. The Lanes where the Pavilion is is amazing reminded me of the shambles but on a much MORE expensive scale as they sell huge diamonds and the variety is amazing. Donatello's restaurant is AMAZING, Value for money superb, Staff ATTENTIVE FAST & POLITE(Take note other staff crawlers) The speed of service is nothing more that amazing and each one polite. For live music lovers this is the place. Molly's bar very exciting with live music EVERY NIGHT and a huge fan base for letting their locks down, what a joy. This is a town where I definitely will go back. Breakfast at the Beach hotel Drinks & dancing at Molly's bar and Dinner at Donnatello's. AMAZING. I'm moving to be with joyful people unlike where i live.

AVOID LIKE COVID 19!!!!

Liked · Not much to be honest.

Disliked · I found money had been taken again, I was told it was not the person's fault, but a night porter. Why a night porter playing with bank cards don't know. It was refunded but 5 days to get back. The shower had very little pressure. Breakfast was cold and poached egg was raw. Checking out they asked if it was a good stay? I said the issue with the payment started a down ward spiral. Before I
Could carry on to speak I was told, you've been Refunded, and it's not our fault if the bank takes 5 days. I tried to get a word in but the woman, would not shut up. My fiance tried to explain because of your.mistake, we couldnt do other things today. So I gave the cards and we left. Felt it was our fault, I would avoid this place like covid 19. No customer service. Blaming others, its not like I wanted anything free or moaned alot....I was trying to convey why it was not a nice visit.

Awful avoid at all costs

Not sure where to start about this awful hotel.

I suppose parking first. I arrived in an estate car and parked on the front of the hotel. I was hold by the staff I cant park on the front as my car was too big AND it went over the marked parking bays. I have numerous pictures of the others cars parked NOT in the bays correctly. There was however a large Jeep with a French number plate parked on the front incorrectly. As I only just squeezed in going forward with a few inches to spare I asked if one of the cars parked incorrectly could be moved so I could drive out forwards, the staff where not interested in this option. I complained about their unhelpfulness. I was also told if I leave my car on the front I would be charged £150 for removing it.

Whilst the parking issue was being discussed, the manager I think told me I would be given my money back and to be out of the room in 10 minutes. BEWARE
Make sure you have a backup hotel if you book this one or you could be out on the street.

The room was ok, though I never got to use it.
The window in the room was absolutely disgustingly dirty.

I have never met such unhelpful staff and I stay in a hotel generally about once a week. Awful experience
