Really Pleasant shoot, nice pictures lovely experience

I had a wonderful experience at Broadway Studios. I would like to thank everyone from the booking in desk, hair and make and the wonderful photographer with whom I felt very relaxed as I am usually very camera shy, to choosing my photos.

I had an excellent experience with my daughter, a great way to spend an afternoon. the pictures were great, the staff very polite, professional and helpful. Highly reccomend it.

Great communication and professionalism! The staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable with the photographer. Free drinks were provided throughout the day. I was very impressed with my hair and make up, the props and the care taken with the editing. The payment plan was flexible and affordable.

Second visit, first one being nearly 2 years ago, great staff lovely relaxed fun atmosphere, makeup and hair stylist was great, photographer was just so fun,photos were picked and im so glad I came back

The service was spectacular! The photographer was very friendly and professional, very patient with the children. The makeup artists were very efficient, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I visited Broadway Studios for a maternity/family shoot with my fiancée, our toddler, my MIL and FIL. From the start the interaction with staff was very positive.

We had an hour in hair and make-up where Chelsea understood the assignment! I was a bit apprehensive beforehand as my mother in law is black and iykyk… but Chelsea even impressed her.

The photographer, Melissa, was lovely. She was very good at directing us and helping us pose for the pictures. She was super patient with my toddler who just was not cooperating, only on her own terms. Unfortunately, we only got a couple of nice ones with her. Tip for parents - make sure your little ones have napped AND eaten well beforehand.

The pictures came out stunning and it was so hard to narrow down to what I budgeted for but Joanna was patient and we got there in the end.

Only thing I’d say to improve their service is - It was advertised with free refreshments throughout the entire experience, which there were but these were kept in the staff kitchen and you had to go and ask. Would be better to either have them more easily accessible or reception staff to actively and repeatedly offer during the experience. I was very pregnant and didn’t realise how thirsty I was until the end of my shoot.

Tip for drivers - book your shoot on a Sunday when parking is free or prepare to pay for parking.

Had a fun day out with my girls. They enjoyed the makeover, and our photographer James got some great shots. It was so hard to chose which photos to take. I ended up spending a lot more than I expected, but was worth it.

I’m very satisfied with Broadway Studios for their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness to my requests. The photos are absolutely striking and will greatly support my artistic career. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was the first time for us doing something like that but the photographer made us feel comfortable. All in all we really enjoyed the experiance and the photos are really good.

The makeup artists are very great, they help you look great while still maintaining your natural look. The photographer was lovely, made us feel comfortable and confident.

i can only agree 100 % with the one stars i had the identical experience ...the whole thing is one big scam , total dishonesty stay away unless u want to be pushed into paying loads of money and you wont see any of the "refundable money" its really sad and upsetting

I just wanted to leave a quick review of Broadway Studios. I recently visited for a photo shoot and I had the most amazing experience from start to finish. As a disabled person (wheelchair user), I really felt that my needs were understood and met throughout. Chelsea, who did my hair and makeup, really got my look. Melissa, the lovely photographer, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and we got on so well. I really appreciated Sharndeep’s assistance in choosing my photographs. What can I say except that I thoroughly recommend Broadway Studios. I really did have a lovely experience, and I hope to pop back in future.

So amazing, treated me with nothing but kindness. I was offered beverages during the process alongside my stylist being so kind and my photographer making sure i was comfortable with everything.

We were really impressed by the professionalism from the first call to set up our appointment. Everyone was so nice which helped with the experience. Patricia is a superstar. We get so many comments about the make up and hair, beyond the photoshoot. Really lovely experience, I fully recommend and will repeat soon for another special ocassion.

It was my first shoot but was made to feel comfortable in front of the camera and loved how my pictures turned out!
