Great experience from discussion with front of house / reception - make up and hair stylist , photographer, sales / editing team.

We were referred by a previous work colleague. I had a similar experience over 20 years ago and made the booking for my daughter and I. We had an amazing time. The studio was clean, refreshments served and make-up applied as requested, which was to look natural. Our photographer was marvellous. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

We chose the package of 10 photos and we loved them all. Choosing the photos was the hardest part but we are quite decisive.

The timeliness of receiving the photos was excellent and they look stunning. We look forward to printing and framing them.

Thank you for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. I referred everyone as I love a discount. I sent a broadcast to my contacts to let them know.

We really loved the experience. My son enjoyed the most. From the make up artist to the photographer to the whole experience was just all perfect. Recommended many friends and most of them went and loved it. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

It was a great experience with me, my mum and 2 year old daughter. We have beautiful pictures that will last a life time. The quality of the pictures were wonderful, we loved all of them. And the customer service was great also, they was very attentive and friendly. We had a good time, we had unlimited drinks as well. My make up was amazing, nice and natural the way I like it. Would recommend to anyone, I told all my friends and family! Look forward to going again in the future.

The experience started from the moment we entered the studio. Spacious and cosy atmosphere. It is clear there is excellent communication and high level of respect amongst the staff. Top tier make up artiste, the changing room was well organised and spacious. Enthusiastic photographer. All photos turned out superb, so hard to choose! Refreshments served. It's just great. Had an incredible experience with such a lovely time. I was well looked after and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable. I had a smile on my face from start to finish and shout out to Stephan for making the photo selection even more fun! I have and will continue to recommend 💕💕

Great Experience with really friendly staff!!

A friend recommended me for a shoot at the broadway studios so I decided to go along for a work promo shoot. I was greeted by the friendly reception staff, who explained the day to me and offered refreshments. Then I received a facial before heading down for the shoot. The photographer was excellent and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. The photos themselves are excellent (if a little expensive). Would definitely come back.

Our photographer was excellent! I plan to do another photo session with my family if I can get the same photographer.

My eldest daughter recommended me, so I took the opportunity to treat my youngest daughter. The customer service from start to finish was exemplary. I was always offered the best deals, yet there was no pressure; I could have just enjoyed the 'free experience'.

I’ve received and downloaded the images and am genuinely impressed with the quality; they look fantastic.

I’d also like to extend my thanks once again to everyone involved: the receptionists, makeup artists, photographer, and my viewing consultant. Each of you brought patience, kindness, and a level of customer care that elevated the whole experience.

This wasn’t my first time with Broadway Studios, and once again, they delivered above my expectations. Every time I’ve visited, the team has been incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. They really take the time to listen to my needs and ensure everything is just right.

For this shoot, I needed professional images with specific requirements and a very fast turnaround. They understood the urgency and made it happen without any stress. The final photos were absolutely stunning, and exactly what I needed — delivered quickly and with amazing quality.

Great experience

I had a fantastic experience with Broadway studios from start to finish! From the warm welcome at reception to the talented makeup artist and photographer, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was friendly, the drinks were nice, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of the pictures was amazing and I’d definitely visit again. I Highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

This company has rung me 4/5 times and hasn’t gotten the hint that I have no ties to them. I got a call today saying some people (who the person on the other end wasn’t even sure who they meant) I have never heard of before have given them my number and they had an opportunity. I understand this may have been a mistake however 5 calls not going through might be hint enough. When I spoke to the person on the other end of the phone and asked to not be contacted again due to the fact that, again, I have no ties to the company. They went quiet and didn’t answer. Interesting marketing tactic but I guess I’m no studio.

The make up and hair was amazing as well as most of the services and the photos werebeautiful. But we had to wait very long for the photographer to come and she was rushing us when changing too much during the shoot because we're running out of time even though she came late.
