Amazing place to learn how to make cupcakes decoration, I arranged a hen party for my sister of 20 people or so, we drove 2.5 hours and it was absolutely worth it. teacher was so good. we learnt good tips and advise and had a very good time. I even got icing recipe card, nozzles pipping bags and few other cake decorating. Annabelle was so helpful. she posted this out to me as I live so far. I definitely recommend this place.

Tutorials - I ordered various tutorials and recipes from Cake Makery. The instructions are easy to understand with lots of pictures showing each step clearly. Judging by the tutorials, the cookery courses are really good too and I plan to go on one in the near future.

All products / guides are great and very useful. Ordering easy and delivery prompt.

Love the cake and the flavour were too good.

A very enjoyable day with an excellent teacher. I was amazed by both how much I learnt during the day and by how good my cake looked!

I bought Lou's Icing, Pastes and Fillings booklet after watching her excellent YouTube video on flowerpaste which the booklet contains.
I've made her flowerpaste for the first time today and it is brilliant and airbrushes beautifully. Why I've never made my own before I have no idea - it will save me £££. The other information is very useful too: comprehensive and well-explained. Thanks Lou!

Just attended the two day basic cake decorating course and as a complete novice found the course brilliant. Lou was an excellent patient teacher and have definitely learnt some skills I can continue with at home

I love cakes . And they make many variety of cakes.

This is the second class that I have attended at the Cake Makery. Lou is an excellent teacher, very patient and always available to assist. You do not just learn about the course you have attended but many useful tips for all things cake/decorating etc. The classes are kept small so that you have the full attention of Lou at all times. You do need to go home and practice what you have learnt but you are sent home with full instructions to follow. I would highly recommend these classes.

Amazing day, learnt so much in handbag class and come away so pleased with myself amd my creation. Lovely homely studio with the team so helpful and great knowledge that they are more than willing to share and pass on. Exceeded my expectiona so thank you the cake makery for a wonderful day!

I thought that the course was superbly well structured, fitting in so much info, demos and hands on making in just 2 days! Lou was extremely informative and knowledgeable about her craft, aswell as being lots of fun, as were Elly and Iva who created a really relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. I was thrilled with the cake I came away with, but more thrilled with all the skills learned and the possibilities they open up. I would highly recommend this course for anyone, from people with hardly any experience with cakes, to those with just some creative flair, or people wanting to make a business of themselves down the line. All you need to bring is the cake you hopefully havnt messed up beforehand (use deep base tins and DONT fill the cake!!) and you're good to go!!

Loved this class, learnt such a lot! It was a wonderful way to spend 2 days of my holiday and Lou is so patient and so very talented . Thank you to all 3 lovely ladies for the tea, the running around, the encouragement and most of all for the skills I have learnt and can now take home with me .
