I have just received a parcel from this store and decided to write a long overdue review.
Tracy the owner and everyone I have dealt with in the store previously have always been really polite and friendly.Prices of items I am interested in,whether buying or selling (I have done both with them over the past ten years) are always the best I can find and they beat the ‘big boys’ hands down.
Buying online is simple and efficient and anything I have ordered always arrived next day registered,well packaged,and exactly as listed on their site.
The Chapel Jewellers is a credit to their industry and unlike many others do not operate on excessive premiums and mark ups which is refreshing nowadays.They also never asked for a review or spammed my email for one which again is a novelty currently.
To sum up.A great store staffed by great people.Immediate parking is not the best and about the only ‘gripe’ I can come up with.That said a little walk and fresh air never hurt at my age!

Finally found a beautiful pre owned 9ct Belcher Bracelet with The Chapel Jewellers. The quality and weight of the Bracelet was amazing.
The service was brilliant too, was delivered securely the next day.

I recently visited Chapel Jewellers on London Road in Sheffield to sell some silver, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The lady who served me was exceptionally lovely, amazing, and kind. She was caring and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. My mother had passed away and I had lots of old jewellery no sentimental value. Taking it to theChapel jewellers was it really pleasurable experience, both professional empathetic. Having no experience of selling jewellery, they talked through the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Was looking for a pair of earings for my wife. Found The Chapel Jewllers whilst browsing the internet and found the pair of earings I was looking for at a very good price. Super fast despatch and delivery. Recommended.

Reacently baught a mans chain 117 grams . The chain arrived next day by 1 pm ! no fuss ! no messing about ! no chasing shop for my item since looked on lots of other sites can not find another pre owned chain of same waight under £2500 I paid £1755 I do not no of any jewler cheaper in the rest of the country £15 gram is out this world no body else sells under £20 a gram this shop can not be beat on prices or service thank you chapel

Beautiful, unusual jewellery with really helpful friend staff, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend, will certainly be the only place I look for related items in the future.
