Not the perfect experience but good products.

They claim delivery, but order was never received. No replies to my chat messages and e-mails.
EDIT: They ask me to send another e-mail when they have not yet replied to my previous e-mail or chat queries and keep insisting this was delivered when, as I stated, Royal Mail did not deliver this to my office.
EDIT2: parcel found. still very slow and frustrating experience with the customer service aspect, especially the chat system which promises speedy replies but never delivers.

Faithful customer not returning

I have ordered from The Chimp Store for a while now, but when the site shut down and reopened some time ago I have had nothing but issues with every orderI have placed - such as order quantities being incorrect on the website, orders shipped late despite the extra shipping fee & orders being damaged. I will be shopping elsewhere going forward.

I ordered two tees on the 29th of April…

I ordered two tees on the 29th of April and still no delivery notifications, I have emailed and Facebook messaged the store and have got no reply. Seems like a scam

Great price for great items

Great price for great items. But you used DPD to get them to me. And the service from them is absolutley awful. Won’t be coming back to the Store anytime soon i’m afraid.
