Great online shop with loads of cool clothes and accessories,definitely recommend to friends and family.

Ordered for the first time from the chimp store, needing the item next day. The ordering process was fine and I received emails from dpd saying the item would be delivered the next day.
Unfortunately the item wasn’t given to the courier, so no delivery.
I phoned to cancel and spoke with a distributor covering multiple brands, so hardly the family company they pertaining to be.
The person I spoke with was polite, apologised and a refund was given immediately, so it’s hard to tell if this is a one off.

Great customer service. Made a mistake on my order and they corrected it for me before it arrived the next day.

Dont really get the other reviews, great experience, nice item but the colours where slightly different to what was advertised, ordered a colour and changed my mind a few hours later the team had no problems correcting and sending it out for next day delivery, i would use again!... based on other feedback might be worth keeping a better eye on stock levels advertised on website

The website looks great - do not be fooled. They take your money and after 5/6 days of holding it, they email you to say the stock isn't available!!

Look at other reviews - they say the same.

Absolute joke - hopefully the company will fold within a few months so they won't be able to con others.

Bought an item on sale that was in stock, received an email 2 days later saying they couldn't fulfil the order due to stock issues. Probably sold it to one of their mates. Do not bother.

Do not bother ordering from here. Recently ordered some trainers, when they arrived they were so blatantly fake. The insoles were falling out, and the glue around the sole was on the trainer and was already coming away. The box arrived battered and ripped. I then had to pay £8 tracked return for the pleasure of getting my money back. Don't waste your money stick to the likes of JD / OFFICE / etc etc
