Fantastic Customer Service & a Lovely Surprise
Unfortunately my 4 chocolate bars arrived damaged in transit and as 2 of them were gists for my partner I decided to request a replacement for the two of them.
Contacting them was easy via email and communication was friendly, clear and polite (even though I was technically complaining).
After sending some pics of the damaged box and chocolate bars the lovely Krystyna agreed to replace them.
I received them about a week later - but - not only the 2 bars of requested replacements for... I received replacements for all 4 bars 😍 ... Fantastic customer service and a lovely surprise - Thank you Chocolatesmiths (& particularly Krystyna)

Always amazing quality
I have now placed several orders with The Chocolate Smiths and never been disappointed on the quality, taste or unimpressed by the beauty of the packaging. I've tried several different flavours and also bought the pumpkins for Halloween. Lets get it straight they are not cheap HOWEVER you pay for the work and the quality of the product and I have never regretted it. If you want a quick fix get a bar of dairy milk (which is barely chocolate) if you want an experience buy anynof The Chocolate Smiths bars or specials.

Literally, the best chocolate I ever had in my whole life. I will definitely be ordering again. Got my chocolate in the mail. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would since I am in the Midwest USA. I’m so happy I ordered and will be ordering again! I got four bars I should’ve gotten more!

Excellent chocolate as always
Excellent chocolate as always. I had my second or third order and got 8 bars (greedy I know) and ALL of them are fantastic. Shout out to the baklava inspired one, that was fantastic! Great quality chocolate and the fillings are top notch. The caramel always tastes delicious and perfect texture. I really like the golden one too (I think that's its name), basically inhaled that. I'll be back!

Amazing and well worth it!
I’ve been waiting to get my hands on The Chocolate Smiths chocolate bars and they did not disappoint. The best flavours and textures I’ve had and the packing is beautiful! I can’t recommend these enough and they definitely taste better after being kept in the fridge as you can really taste all the flavours. I will be ordering again and so will my family after they tasted mine!

The ultimate choclate bars!
These bars are absolutely some of the best chocolate bars in the entire world, at least from what I’ve tried so far, and that I can say is a lot, the reasons I believe they are so good is the care and passion that goes into making them. The anticipation from getting the notification my order has been dispatched until this incredible box in the photos arrives is indescribable, my recommendation is to become a subscriber, then you will never miss any of the collaborations, every bar I have tried so far is 5 stars and the most recent delivery will give me the chance to tick off all the bars that have been available for the last 6 months, if your reading this get your alarms ready for every Tuesday at midday and Friday at 8pm for the restocks as these bars are popular and you definitely don’t want to miss out. Truly hope this excellent business is still around for decades to come.
