The amount of times you have asked the same question in my opinion is very excessive, including needing to send proof of who I am.
I don’t know of any other company that has insisted this level of questioning.
Can be very annoying and in my case, stressful! This has been ongoing for more than 2 yrs!

Good communication

I would like to know what sort of settlement that I should be expecting and how much of that your company takes, as this has not been outlined to me yet!!
Are we still working on two claims?

Initial responsethey couldnt answer Phone e mail and Registered letters . I had to go to Rochdale by bike to actually get a responce where i found many excuses which i stamped on when i got there . We have had 41 letters saying we have we might they are talking about now up to 2027 REALLY

I think the best thing about the claim guys they do keep in touch and let you know what’s going on.

I like that they keep me up to date every month especially since the whole process is taking longer than anticipated which is not their fault!
