Amazing Customer Service and Perfect Timing!
My experience with this site was absolutely amazing! I made a mistake while placing my order and accidentally selected the “collect in store” option — but since I live two hours away, that wasn’t possible. I called customer service, and a lovely lady helped me right away. She was so kind and patient, clearly explaining what I needed to do to have the order delivered to my home instead.
Everything went smoothly, and we received my daughter’s Halloween costume on Friday morning, exactly as she promised — just in time for Halloween! I’m really impressed with their service and how helpful and efficient they were. Highly recommend! 🎃👻

Amazing, fast service and incredible quality
I have to say the service and quality to my order was unbelievable. I had a very upset little girl where I had ordered her Halloween costume twice elsewhere and been let down. I ordered from The Costume Shop and it was fantastic, the costume arrived next day and the quality was unbelievable. I will just come here again straight away next year .
