Terrible experience with delivery. No notice provided in advance of deliveries and then charged £20 non-delivery fee.

Shockingly bad customer service!
Make sure you have noting else to do for several weeks after making your order. No notice will be provided as to when to expect your delivery, and no option to put in a safe place /leave with neighbours.

Exceptional company! Debbie from The Curtain Pole Company really went above and beyond to help me with not only product advice but also getting the product to me within less than 24 hours of ordering.

Working in Interiors I have dealt with a lot of suppliers and can confidently say the service from this company is up there with some of the best I have received for what was only a small order.

Ordered 19mm finials and brackets for curtains. Very difficult to find specific parts elsewhere, but this company has a good selection to choose from.

The prices were a little on the steep side given the product quality is only mid range, but it is fit for purpose. For this reason I only gave 4 star. That said the service made up for it. Easy ordering system, prompt service and delivery. Everyting neaty packed, it is obvious care was taken and customer service is important to this company.

I had ordered a pair of curtain the backs and curtain pole to match. The Crystal was superb quality for the price and is quite heavy, glass as describe which I was pleased about as some companies describe as Crystal and it's acrylic! The delivery package was damaged on arrival and parts missing. Debra was very happy to look into the issue and resolve it with parcel delivery company. Prompt delivery for missing parts. I would recommend this company for quality, pricing and excellent customer service, thank you and will be buying again !

Very fast service thank you. My only advice would be to have an email address linked to your website domain to confirm orders etc as mine went into junk and I did not recognise the email as legitimate. Nice products and a very good range.

With an extra-wide french window to sort, I was finding it difficult to find any products across the market which had any good reviews and weren't completely extortionate. Like others, I was initially concerned at the lack of reviews, but the company have recently moved from ebay so it's not surprising.

I recently purchased two extra strong curtain pole brackets from this company. The product is excellent and, now they are in position are doing a fantastic job the inferior John Lewis ones failed to do. The service was excellent and fast. Better than Amazon by far.

I was initially concerned to use the company as they had no reviews online, but I'm glad I did. The site is easy to navigate, I found the poles and accessories I was looking for, and at a very competitive price. I spoke to Debbie on the live chat system the day after placing my order to confirm a few things, and my order arrived today - all present and correct. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I did ask why I couldn't find any reviews, and it transpires they've recently made the jump from an eBay company to having a web presence due to a recent eBay selling fee rise. That's a logical move in the current climate.
