The wine arrived on the predicted date despite it being 2 days before Christmas

I ordered online but mistakenly selected the wrong delivery date. A quick email sent to customer services and they rectified immediately without charging me extra for my selected day, which would have been more. Delivery speedy and well packaged. Fantastic service and great prices for items you would struggle to find anywhere else. Would highly recommend!

Items are dispatched quickly and well packaged. They have a fantastic selection for the more discerning shopper and the reviews/descriptions help when shopping from your armchair.

The courier delivered this to neighbour and didn't leave a note however a quick email to customer service and they were able to advise where the package was so it was quickly retrieved.

Thirty years ago my mother had a holiday in Germany. Now aged 88 she still spoke about how much she enjoyed the apple schnapps and how she wished she could taste it again.

I tried to find some for her locally to no avail. Finally it occurred to me to look on line and lo! there it was! So I bought her a bottle and she was really, really pleased. So much so that she has since had me buying it by the case-load to give to all her family - so we all got excellent Christmas gifts this year.

Each delivery has arrived when expected, in perfect order, and as we live on an island (apart from the two whose delivery went to deepest, rural, Northumberland or, as Lord Howell describes it, the desolate north)this is really good and we are all well impressed.

This was the only place I could find Brandy &Benedictine for a present for my 83 year old mum as a treat for Xmas, service was superb and was kept up to date with delivery details. Good price aswell will definitely use again.

I bought this bottle after searching the high street & this website will be my first place to look from now on. Well packages, arrived on time and made my Nanny very very happy!

No problem with recommending the company but not the delivery agent they used. The person who delivered the order was the most obstreperous person I've come across. I simply asked that I checked for breakage because it was a bottle of expensive Carlos 1 brandy, before I signed for the delivery but he went absolutely berserk. I thought it was a very reasonable request but he violently argued that it was not!

My order was delivered quickly, however the package was left by my back door in the rain despite my selecting the option 'leave with neighbours' when prompted to give delivery instructions (and this being printed on the delivery label).

Brilliant service - could keep track of my order and arrived exactly when it was supposed to!

I got some ginger beer as a present, which i couldn't find anything else in the shops. It was securely packaged and I'm very happy I found the exact flavor.

Thank you for the easy website, great prices and no hassle delivery. Only kwarm is the item was left with a neighbour but l was not notified. No delivery slip or email was given. Luckily I have very honest (rather than drunk) neighbours.
