The Dustpan and Brush Store Reviews

Excellent choice of products. I primarily wanted the weed brushes with the V shaped metal bristles and scraper. These looked really good quality and didn’t disappoint when they arrived. I also bought a few other items and all were as described and arrived quickly. Thank you.

Pleasure dealing with a local company selling quality goods at competitive prices. Very efficient, friendly and reliable professional service. Highly recommended. Will definitely shop here again.

The items I purchased are good quality and were reasonably priced. Shipping was fast and products well packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again.

A great company to order from - fast dispatch and delivery. I love the brushes I bought - nice and light as I find heavy brushes too tiring for my older hands!

We bought our dust pan via Amazon and delivery was prompt (day early actually). The dust pan and brush were good quality, as described and veryy good value for money

good b rush. on time

I ordered the Microfibre Flexable Duster set and the good thing about it is that it has an adjustable handle so you can reach high places, this is the main reason I got it but it also comes with the small hand held duster for easy to reach jobs.
It’s better than my long bodged duster which I made, good buy!

Good accurate description with the dimensions clearly stated. Price OK, delivery and packing was fine.
Good business, worth looking at for hardware.

Simple packaging and what looks like a robust product

I recently purchased an outdoor broom from your company as I have so many old brooms where the heads keep coming off the handle. The broom I have purchased has 4 sections of screw in handle which is just so good. thank you. Will certainly make purchases from your company in future.

Really impressed with this company .purchased simple blind cleaners but the packaging the updates all really 1st rate .

I found The Dustpan & Brush company quite by chance, What was ordered; an extendable feather duster and a hand one.

The order arrived quickly, well wrapped and the items far superior to those cheaper ones. Look forward to using them.

Just purchased two shower squeegees they are fantastic left my glass with no water marks.
Highly recommend.

A good shopping experience from Amazon and a good product from the Dustpan and Brush Store. Just what I wanted, good price. Very pleased!

Ordered from Amazon and the product is as described seems really robust just what we needed for our garden

Speedy delivery and great quality and value for metal dustpan and brush , love the polite business card about leaving a review before recycling ♻️ it

Excellent service. My two garden brushes are sturdy and just what I’ll need

Ordered items via their Amazon store that were supposed to be delivered on the 11th August, to date nothing has appeared and they are not responding to messages sent via Amazon, despite being told to contact them direct by Amazon. The delivery date was then changed on the order to a later date. I have now bought the items from an alternative supplier and am awaiting a response regarding my refund.

Problems now resolved, thank you Kim, Evri was the cause who held onto the order for days making no attempt to deliver it

I recently ordered 2 x Telescopic Bathroom Cleaning Sets, 1 for my home and the other for my static caravan holiday home.
Order was acknowledged and delivered in about 3 days without any hiccups.
Today, I've tried one out for the first time in my static caravan. The bathroom is a really good size, walk-in & fully tiled shower area with bi-fold doors. No restrictions moving round at all.
The product was very easy to put together, exactly as per the instructions, and very simple to operate. I particularly liked the fact that you can easily reach all areas, either close to your body or further away, by simply extending or shortening the telescopic handle. A very easy fix but it helps to prevent over reaching particularly if you're working from a wet, slippery floor. I used 3 parts, the telescopic handle, the hook and loop pad to clean all shower areas and the microfiber noodle mop to buff over the same areas.
The results were impressive on both tiles and glass surfaced and it took a matter of only a few minutes. The head of the pad did flip over a few times but I put that down to operator error, too heavy handed and too much unnecessary pressure so that was easily put right.
I think the overall size of the product will work well in any area and I would expect the results to be the same.
There is only one additional item that I would have liked to see in the set, a handy waterproof storage bag to keep all elements together. A bit like the bags supplied for hoover tools, perhaps.
I'm quite a fussy person and I like to keep all bits for one gadget together. Even though this set only consists of 5 pieces, one piece is sure to go walkabout on it's own one day. The box the set arrived in is sturdy and easy to store but will, undoubtedly get wet and disintegrate.
Highly recommended piece of kit at a very reasonable price. Well worth the effort of buying one.

I've not even received my order yet, because I only made the purchase at 6am on my way to work this morning. By 10.30am I got an evri email saying they'd received my parcel. I only chose the standard delivery option, they must've dispatched it as soon as the warehouse/store opened. I'm really impressed because by the looks of the Google and trustpilot reviews, they're a busy store. I'll update on the quality as soon as my parcel arrives, but so far 10/10
