This is now my third order (iMac, iPad and Macbook) and the whole process was very smooth with on-time delivery. And great saving on the retail price! It would be good if there was a Saturday delivery for orders placed on Fridays. And a phone number to call (there may be one but I didn't find it) would be helpful, although Customer Service answered my query pretty quickly.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Awful service!
If i could give it minus stars i would! Customer services are non existent, the phones are handled by a third party who transfer you to a line that never answer, emails are replied to after a four five days! I ordered an imac in august with an estimated delivery date of 21 days its December and still no sign, no update and no reasonable explanation given as to when its expected. I asked for a refund and even that is a seven working day turnaround! Highly unethical to take money for stock you dont have and to top it off not having the decency to update your customer and manage expectations! Awful service avoid at all costs!

I made an order (Ipad for £292.46) on Nov 8, 2021.
On Nov 12 you responded that the ETA for this order is up to 36 working days.
Today, Dec 2 you replied that the ETA is now 56 working days.
Apple official Education store sells the same model for £300 (just checked the price).
If I want to cancel my order, how long will it take to get a refund?
