Poor customer service I haven been trying to order the MacBook Pro 14 for about 3 week now I have tired I have tired my 2 credit cards and my debit card and the however the edustore still not accepting my payment they have no phone number so you have to wait week for a reply via email

This is the second time I ordered from here and the delivery was within the timeframe indicated. The price was a main factor for me as it is well below competitors.

Ordered my new MacBook Pro 14 inch on the second of November, was told 4-6 weeks for dispatch and arrived 2 weeks early, delivery was as stated by parcel force. Product brand new in box and I am a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend this company.

I made a bit of a mess with the delivery address of the product I bought from them and hadn’t noticed until after it had been shipped. But the way the company especially Jade and Ross treated me and sorted the problem out for me was absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault this company and would definitely recommend them.

I have always been cautious when buying from third party resellers, but after researching a bit more into EduStore I decided to buy a new MacBook Pro 16”. The wait time was 4 weeks but I was surprised to receive the new MacBook a day after Apples official release (2 stars for speed of delivery). However, after just less than 2 weeks of using my new MacBook I have got an issue with the speakers, which is a shame as I have saved up a lot to buy this device.

I would have loved to leave a higher rated review but after receiving a faulty product I’m not sure I can.

My delivery (Parcel Force): I asked for it to be delivered to my local Post Office, via a Parcel Force reply text message. This request was ignored and I ended up travelling 8 miles to a local depot at 6pm last Friday, to pick up my delivery and carry it to my car myself and then drive home.

Delivered more quickly than originally advised, very happy.

This is the first time I've purchased a Mac device from a third-party authorised seller. The competitiveness of the retailer's price made me question whether there was a downside (e.g. long waiting times or poor customer service).

The waiting time from pre-order to deliver my Macbook Pro 14, only took a complete week (I was expected closer to the 4 week estimate). The model I wanted was as described, no issues with the next day delivery - Parcelforce were the courier which provided an accurate time slot.

Customer support were relatively quick - I had enquired about the stock levels and delivery estimate accurately - receiving a response within 3 hours.

From the time of writing this, theEDUstore has provided me the confidence to shop there again and recommend to people who don't mind having to wait a little longer for competitively priced Apple devices.

Very happy customer here. Ordered MBP M1 Pro and took just 10 days to arrive. When I ordered it said that it would take 36 days to dispatch so I am over the moon with my new toy. It was sent with Parcelforce, the driver was on time and came all the way up to my flat front door and handed me the device. I saved £455 compared to Apple and got it sooner. I just checked and the waiting time is 1 month if I buy it directly from Apple.
