My sons back tyre wouldn’t pump up so bought inner tubes and that didn’t work either emailed the company as must be the tyre itself which is supposed to be ‘stab proof’ according to the website I had an email back from ‘Daniel’ asking for photos of the problem it was quite easy really i wanted a new inner tube and tyre sending out! Emails stopped and now they just bounce back as email address not recognised and can’t get onto the website! My son only bought this scooter in July for quite a lot of money with a two year warranty absolutely disgusting company!!!!

Don't waste your time and money. Avoid this company like the plague...FRAUD, SCAM. They'll try to delay you with excuses like your order is still to be cleared by customs, our team are assembling your order etc because after a 2 month period you can't claim a refund. So report it straight away as FRAUD to your bank before 2 months and they can investigate if as fraud and look to refund your money....

I have purchased an electric scooter, and my money was stolen. Approximately 2 months ago, they took 250 euros from me. From what I have seen, this has happened to many other people in various parts of the world. They claim to be a company in England, but it's a lie; they have their headquarters in Hong Kong, from what I have found out. I want to take legal action. Thankfully, I have a lot of free time and the desire to recover my money. I am considering initiating a class-action lawsuit against these individuals since there have been several cases of people being scammed, and scooters arriving in poor condition. I bought a scooter on Aug 17th and haven’t received it so far! I wrote them some emails and at first they answered me (Daniel), but then, they simply stopped answering! I really hope I have to come back here and rewrite a good review this time!
Waste of time and effort.
So I don’t believe they are scammers cause I got my money back I do believe tho that they don’t have the products on hand and they use middle man to send the products to the customers from my experience they tried to stall me into waiting one more week ,not for the bike but for the tracking code,long story short I asked for an immediate cancellation of the order and a proof of refund that came after 1week, I ended up ordering the same day the same bike from Amazon it arrived in 5days total and not working only days and the refund came a week after, pathetic company that lies to their customers, personally if you don’t want to waste your time by sending numerous emails about your order then don’t order from electric future uk.

Trustpilot have a lot to awnser for while still not investegating this dispicaple company and sending messages to honest people requesting validation and information on reviews on this scam shower of Muppets..... just read the reviews for gods sake......

If you could leave zero stars I would!! Ordered an Aovo Pro on the 9th July. Delivery stated 4-8 days.
Chased repeatedly. Always got a response from Daniel who is clearly not in the UK but in China as responses come in the middle of the night. So far I’ve had please be patient followed by I’m arranging an urgent delivery, followed by the items are delayed in customs, followed by we are getting ready for dispatch.
When you request a refund Daniel then emails saying we can send today but guess what…..they don’t!!
The whole story on their website of Mark West starting the company and being based in Brighton is clearly a complete front to mislead honest people into thinking they are buying from a UK based company.
Now in touch with MBNA (thankfully used a credit card) to try and get my money back. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME order it from someone else.
Update as of 13th August. Still no refund even though they say they issued it 2 weeks ago!! Blatant liars on every count. They Have now contacted trust pilot to say my review isn’t based on a real experience…..YES IT IS and I’ve submitted proof to prove it! I ordered a scooter, you took my money and didn’t deliver it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY READ THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT ARE ACTUALLY WRITTEN BY REAL PEOPLE THAT ALL SAY THE SAME!

Battery issue resolved
Like a lot of folk on here the scooter we purchased stopped working after approx. 6 months. We contacted electric future to ask them to resolve it. The person answering was Daniel as many have mentioned. Over 2 weeks we traded emails to resolve issue. Daniel asked for video of issue which we sent. He diagnosed a battery issue and asked for £59 to send new one. We were dubious after reading reviews on here however we sent money and battery was delivered very quickly with instructions on how to fit it. I have to say that this did fix our issue and scooter is now working again. Its an unconventional way to go about it but our issue did get resolved.

Avoid this company like the plague. Firstly, the shipping time is a complete lie, when you order the product, they order it in from elsewhere. Secondly I was sent a faulty scooter, which has caused injury and is basically falling apart. Daniel, the one and only person who appears to work in customer services, is ignoring my requests for collection of the item and a refund, and is instead asking me to re build the scooter myself... of which I have no experience of doing, and will void the warranty. Refund still not received, requests still being ignored. The worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Keep fighting for your money if you don't receive your product on time or you may not receive it at all and maybe lose your money
I ordered an electric scooter on 12 March 2023 on the understanding that I would receive it between 3 to 10 days that didn't happen. I got in touch with Daniel he said that the scooter would be in warehouse in 2 weeks if I wanted to wait or he would arrange a refund. In the meantime I read all the bad reviews about Electric Future. I told him I was told it was in stock before I paid for it and I want to cancel it and he to refund the €425.00 to my Bank Account immediately and I would put up good reviews about his company (this is honestly the best I can put up) to cut a long story short l told him I will not give up until my money is refunded. I kept pressuring him with emails until it was paid into my bank account this morning 12 April. My advise is go to your bank to advise you on how to get your money back. Also go to your local police. They will team up with the bank and will claw back your money from them scammers. They need to be stamped out.

After I made payment and sent proof of the transfer, Daniel the customer services manager went silent. He will not respond to any of my follow up emails or any social media posts. Avoid this company at all costs. They take your money and then go radio silent.
Not in stock bikes for sale, no delivery, no refund - avoid!
UPDATE: 6 Months later and they are still trying to get this valid review removed - now they are saying there is personal information in it, when all of the information was from their publicly available website. Trustpilot should really look into companies who try repeated different methods to remove valid reviews. I have removed the 'directors' name from the review, even though it was listed on their website in order to prevent this review being taken down. Fortunately since I last looked their rating has completely tanked, despite many suspicious looking 5 star reviews with fake profile pics if you reverse google image them.
Ordered a Onebot S6 e-bike on 31st December, a few days later told it wasn't in stock despite it still being available for purchase on the website and there was 'no notification' of when it would be again. 'Daniel' tried to offer me some other bikes which looked awful, and were much cheaper elsewhere.
Asked for a refund on the 3rd of January, no reply. Chased up again on 6th January and was told I would get a refund within 5-7 working days. Chased up when that obviously didn't happen and now no response, so I've started a chargeback and reported to trading standards. Probably no point as the address of the company on the PUBLICLY AVAILABLE website is in Hong Kong, and the director of the company 'from Brighton' only seems to exist in name on their PUBLICLY AVAILABLE website (I removed the name because The Electric Future are desperately trying to get this review removed and trying everything). The Great Portland Street address listed on Trustpilot is The London Office which is 'affordable, flexible workspace' - in other words you can hire out a meeting room.
They are still advertising the Onebot S6 on their website right now, so I assume will pull the same stunt on other people - be warned.
Avoid this company at all costs - it's a waste of your time, and if you're not careful, your money as well.
Note to Trustpilot - Everything in this review is factual and can be backed up by email correspondence - as according to another review they seem to somehow get a lot of negative posts removed.
Edit: As an update to this, I got an email from Trustpilot saying that Electric Future had asked for more info, and if I didn't provide it then my review would be removed. It was just my order number, name and mobile number (which they already have) - so if you're leaving an honest review make sure to reply with the info again in the form Trustpilot send. Outside of this, I haven't heard anything or received my money back, but the chargeback is in process.
Edit 2: Now that I provided my details to Trustpilot and my review stayed, Electric Future have now disputed that this event happened. So now I've had to submit all correspondence to Trustpilot which should hopefully end up with this review being marked 'Verified'. They will do anything to try and get reviews removed, so make sure you keep all communications and keep everything factual so you can back it up. Looking forward to my review being rubber stamped now - thanks Electric Future!
