I previously gave this a one as it was a little late turning up and thought it was a scam. However I have bought 3 electric scooters from here and each one is perfect. Had 2 since Jan and they still run as good as the day I bought them. Apologies for my previous review

Do not buy from this site. Stock is not supplied from the UK and after one month my escooter stopped working. I asked for help through their messenger site and was asked to take the scooter apart myself, they dont answer to my messages now and have totally ripped myself and by the looks of it, HUNDREDS of others off. The owner should be ashamed. The accounts here leaving good reviews have only left one review and its on this page, highly suggesting that the reviews are fake. Do not buy from this site.

Right so at first I left a bad review for the electric future as I purchased the aovo pro scooter from them through the payl8r service the offer and me being impatient and didn’t receive my order confirmation straight away and I did try to contact them via email and Facebook messenger and I never got a response so I left a negative review and within 30 mins I got a response via email which asked me to remove my negative review. Well the scooter arrived today was easy to assemble it’s 4 screws but as I’m new to the electric scooter scene as I’ve always ridden motorcycles I was having problems getting it to work but all that was needed was a firmware update and it’s spot on so far how ever I have only been down Street on it so , so far so good . Only thing I can recommend is to speed up the process of order confirmation . Days 2 and I went out and did 8 miles on the scooter am 100% happy with it great little machine pulls really well for what it is I got this to get me to and from work which is 4 miles each way got me there and back in just about 30 mins in my test run love it I highly recommend people get one of these scooters

Excellent service. Had minor problem with the battery of the scooter at the start but the team were happy to help and sent out a new battery. Scooter was then working fine. My little boy is always on his he loves it. Good job 👍

Scooter only worked upon arrival, battery wouldn’t charge. We sent a video as requested and we’re then as asked to take the item apart to check the wiring.
No obvious issues so requested a refund for a faulty item. They then stopped all communication. Beware if you have a problem with this company.

Update! As per the other 1 star reviews, after seeing this review ‘Someone’ (not allowed to name but seemed a fake name due to only using his first name with no other details) from the company offered me £50 compensation to remove this review. Ridiculous delay after delay and so obvious they won’t refund for a faulty product. I’ve had to contact Klarna, who I used buy this product after seeing previous bad reviews about this company. Buy at your own risk.

Update for Xmas 2023, these cowboys have been doing everything they can to get this review removed nearly 10 months later obviously to try and get there trustpilot rating increased. Use at your own considerable risk. Be warned..

Ordered on 26th January came 4th February was a bit worried due to negative reviews but everything was ok.

Excellent service. My grandson loves it. Just had to take it out the box unfold it and he was away. Very happy customer x

Bit of a Waite from them collecting broke scooter but 3 weeks later a brand new one 👌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ordered 2 scooters from here back in December, delivery took a few days longer than expected but when I recieved tracking it was straight forward and they arrived before Christmas. Both scooters the aovo and I scooter both come as pictured and described 👌🏼 Would recommend, just give yourself extra time for delivery.

Real person writing a review here, after waiting for soo long for my ordered it finally came after choosing a different type of scooter for my self as the g2 pro was out of stock had to go for a wholesale g2 pro, just came back from riding it, wicked scooter and powerful!
Props to daniel for keeping my mind at ease with the whole process of it all, sorry for being on your case 24/7 but we got there in the end, thanks alot guys!

I bought AOVOPRO smart e-scooter which unfortunately got lost in transit. I contacted the customer service and spoke with Daniel, who was very helpful. I was offered a refund if needed due to the delay but I was happy to wait. Customer servis was second to none. Another scooter was dispatched and arrived. Iv tried and tested and omg I love it. Charges quickly. Very fast. Its a must buy. You won't be disappointed.

Happy to use again i would ask for and pay extra for a faster delivery next time but very happy customers here thanks

I wouldn't even give it one star, doesn't bother to reply to any correspondence. 2000 happy customers my ar#e. Can't believe I fell for this, paid for a scooter, get a tracking number, wait for parcel, no delivery, contact FedEx they say it's in customs and will leave the following week. Following week ring FedEx, seller hasn't told us to pick it up???? STAY CLEAR continued...
I find it very funny how all these people who has posted positive reviews since my post, bearing in mind he has 14 pallets of stock that is apparently still in customs in Belgium 🤔🤔🤔 you guys work it out for yourself

Now why would I want to mislead people on your appalling customer service?? Would I like someone to go through the hassle I had no. So in fairness this review should stay where it is because the public have the right to know who they are dealing with.
When I paid you and you made me wait days on end without replying to any correspondence I made to you, now u expect me to take this off??? What world do you live in.
So many lies from your end and thank God I paid with PayPal otherwise not sure how I would of got my money back.
