purchased a sound bar in seotember which was quick delivery good purchae did have an issue with the company but to be fair they sorted it out for me. would i use again,probably.

Very good price. Speedy delivery. Only grouse was that sound bar came with European plugs. To be fair, I didn’t complain and when I did mention it, they said they would have sent replacement plugs

The ordering from the website was all good, the only complaint was the delivery which was very late, with the usual excuses of van not starting in the morning and traffic.

I have received faulty TV from them.

I have received faulty TV from them.
Send it back and they said that screen was smashed during transportation. I used plenty of packing to make sure the TV is save for transit however there are refuse for replacement or refund. Beware this company is a Joke

Hi Radek,
We arranged the return and covered the cost of the courier ourselves to repair the dent that you sent us imagery of, however we asked that you used the original packaging. You sent your TV back in a none original box, with no polystyrene packaging and little to no padding for the TV.
The poor packaging resulted in the screen smashing in transit. As we said to you, per our T&C's - If the TV is damaged in transit when being returned to us due to insufficient/negligent packaging then the customer is responsible for the damage. If the damage caused results in a broken screen then we are unable to offer any refund.
We are sending back your TV at cost to ourselves, but we cannot refund for damage caused due to insufficient/negligent packaging.

Very disappointed..the package was all…

Very disappointed..the package was all sellotaped up..box had obviously been opened..protective polystyrene had bits missing..control units envelope had been opened..wouldn't use again..do hope this television is new ?

Great customer service

Great customer service. I have knocked off one star purely because of stock control. I ordered a different colour product that showed as in stock, but it turned out it wasn’t so I was offered an alternative colour with a discount. But all in all a great experience thanks.

Great service and best value I could…

Great service and best value I could find online.
I got a personal shopper service but with the benefit of good online service and best value. My first order was out of stock but they called a few days later with availability and placed a new order. Quick delivery. Sophie from their admin team was very good and helpful. Quick replies to emails. Can't fault them.

Excellent service

Just bought a second TV from this company. The TV looks great and was delivered quickly.

They were very helpful on the phone. Nice, friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Great products and service

Just purchased my new Samsung phone from this company.

Service was great and the delivery was very speedy too.

I have previously purchased a TV from them and again couldn't complain about a thing.

All good arrive in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

A great find!

We buy all our TVs for our Airbnb properties from this site and have never had an issue! We've bought about 15 over the years and have always been pleased with their service and the price is obviously cheaper. Definitely recommend
