The TV was £200 below the market price and come with all packaging and elements.
The delivery was quick (less than 1 week).
I am very happy with the purchase!!

Got my Samsung frame tv almost £100 cheaper than elsewhere.. good communication and excellent delivery drivers who waited fo me to sign for it.

I ordered a 75" TV and a soundbar from TEW knowing nothing about them as a company. So, when the TV arrived bent I was very apprehensive about what would happen next. I needn't have worried. The customer service that I received from Sophie was second to none. I was immediately reassured. Sophie arranged prompt pick up of both items and I received my refund shortly afterwards, with timely communication throughout. I can therefore recommend TEW as an honest company with excellent customer service.

Hesitant when buying but VERY GOOD so far

Ordered a new Samsung TV, Sophie was very helpful in answering all my questions and ensuring I got the TV promptly.

TV was in original box and basically brand new.

Product was as described (TV), Delivery team were great. No issues at all

Took a bit of a risk on ordering a new Samsung Soundbar from TEW (2021 model), received it promptly and through a well tracked delivery service. Soundbar was new although missing a mounting bracket which they sent me very promptly. Have to say my expectations were not very high, but TEW delivered and I will buy again and can highly recommend.

Great customer service. Great company, will use again for sure.

Ordered a projector but when it took over a week for delivery I asked them to return and refund which they agreed. However, no refund came through and they ignored all communications. Joke is on them though as I just put a chargeback through my bank which they have to pay a fee for. Moral of the story, don't ignore customers.

I ordered a Samsung Soundbar which they sold to me at £75 instead of list £99 and it arrived promptly but the package had clearly been opened and poorly resealed and the product had several Manufacturers Guarantee Void labels on it. Is it second hand? However the product is good and appears undamaged so I am taking the easy way out and keeping it but this my first order with them and I would never use them again

Great service - gave a delivery time slot was only a 3-4 hours one (not the whole day like some companies!) this was then updated on the day to a 1 hour slot, and the delivery was on time. TV was packed in original packaging and looked brand new from what I could tell, even though I paid £100 less than elsewhere. There was an issue with the remote - I sent an email and got a reply quickly, they resolved the issue extremely fast by sending out a replacement which I got within 2 days. Overall excellent customer service and would recommend this company if you’re looking to save some £ on electronic stuff.

I will advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to look elsewhere as they are not to be trusted. I ordered 2 65" TV's from this company and one of them was received faulty which i complained about within 30 days of receiving. I requested for a return and a refund of my money but they blatantly refused saying that all they can offer is a repair and not a refund even though they accept that i informed them within 30days of purchase that it's faulty. I reminded them of their policy as stated on their website that i have a choice of either choosing a repair or a refund but they refuse. I regret ever ordering from them as i am now left with a huge loss.
