Although I love the Embroidery Barn and…
Although I love the Embroidery Barn and the Dorset Haberdashery I was disappointed with my first purchase. I had to chase it 3 weeks after placing the order and then sadly it was a very poor fit.
It will not stop me from buying from them in future as I do understand that under the current situation small businesses may be struggling.
Rosie was very helpful once I chased the item and it arrived within the next 5 working days.

Excellent service
The team have been very helpful and communication has been great when ordering. I was told by another embroiderer that a specific logo wouldn't be able to be done but these guys assured me it was possible and they done an excellent job. I will be back again and again for sure. Many thanks! Louise

Rosie is so busy and she wanted to sort this personally for me which was a lovely personal touch, however it did mean that the process took a little longer than expected. Overall though I am over the moon with the end result, it was definately worth all the trial and error!
