The Embroidery Barn delivered good quality products, but my experience was mixed. My order details were incorrect, and one jumper had a mark. Although their team promptly replied and apologised, they couldn't resolve the issue due to closure. It's a shame because the craftsmanship is otherwise impressive. Mixed feelings overall.

The quality of the items were very good. However, I was disappointed that my order was wrong and I was told there was nothing they could do as Embroidery barn is now closed. I wanted ‘wifey’ embroidered on the medium jumper and ‘husband’ on the extra large, which was confirmed on my order form. However, when I received the items, this was done on the opposite. There was also a mark on one of the jumpers. Although when I contacted them, they replied immediately with an apology but told me there was nothing they could do.

Brilliant customer service and super end product.

Very helpful and happy to rectify any errors, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! The Embroidery Barn were able to help us out last minute when another supplier let us down meaning we had our branded Matchbox Film Co beanies on time for a shoot in Iceland, keeping our noggins nice and warm (and on-brand!) in the cold & wind!

The staff are really helpful and the workmanship is always excellent. The only negative, hence the 4 stars, is the time it takes to receive the items from when the order is placed. 4 to 5 weeks is just too long in my opinion.
